Ms/Mrs. Caspillo, what I find simply amazing is that you can post in this thread bashing someone else, but can't post in your own IBD thread. I am a close friend of Jesus and was with him when he was recovering from surgery. Now with that being said, the only thing I will say is the truth. I was asked by Jesus to help out with the snakes along with his brother at the time of his recovery. The meds he was on made it really difficult to handle them. And during that time Jesus's brother was staying with him, helping with the snakes and around the house so it would only make sense that they would share the same phone number. Also at that time they were talking about bringing their collections together and starting some breeding projects. So that is why you may see "me", "my", it was kind of like a co-ownership thing with them. Although niether made a deal without speaking to the other. I've known Jesus almost all of his life and have never known him to be anything other than a good guy. And considering his life, going from foster homes to group homes, I'd say he made out alright. He has a loving family and has an honest job that he loves.

James - nice of you to join up and come to Jesus' defense. How convenient. Why don't you take a picture of Jesus/Angel/Antonio/whomever else together, along with photo id, that would setlle some of the 30 or more pages of drama surrounding your good friend?

With the predominance of cell phones these days, I disagree with the statement above.

Again, he created this thread to establish himself. It has turned into an episode of Jerry Springer, as all his threads have. If I were to try to solidify my rep., I would answer questions that were being asked of me, not fling s in other directions. I would also ask for people who have completed transactions with me to post on my behalf. Where are all of those people?

To start, check the real name above. Though his user name is similar to another on this forum, they are separate people. Just don't want other person being dragged into this cesspool.

As entertaining as it is to watch this board light up every couple months from various dealings between giant snake fora members, I can't help but wonder how much harm this is doing. Our hobby is currently under attack by government officials which think giant snake owners are adrenaline junkies, drug dealers, thugs, or other positions that many would consider the dregs of society. All this back and forth bantering, accusations, posting of criminal records, etc. is probably not doing much to prove otherwise. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the inclusion of all these data not related to the original deal seems to make this more of an electronic pissing contest. While groups attempt to destroy our hobby all they'd need to do is step back and watch. We're doing a pretty good job of destroying it ourselves. By all means though, continue this futile attempt at one-upping each other. Between this and the numerous facebook threads detailing the same thing, I'm sure it would not be hard for any antagonists of our hobby to find more fuel to show how irresponsibly giant snake owners behave. If common sense isn't a part of their typical behavior, how can they be trusted to keep these potentially harmful animals? People's actions will speak for themselves. Those of us who have been in the hobby for while have seen many come and go. Time may be the best measure of which party is in the right. The hobby has a way of weeding out the bad seeds. The BOI can be useful when it provides facts about a transaction. In contrast, back and forth does little for anyone's reputation and just proves to HSUS, PETA, and other groups how puerile our understanding of common sense and decency truly is. Since egos are involved this may fall on deaf ears, so keep it up. The longer we keep at the throats of each other, the longer we remain divided and an easy target.

For those involved in this deal, comment on the facts and leave all the high school drama out of the public fora. The random insertion of other bits of data are not important to the current situation, and their only purpose in many cases is to debase another to hide your own wrong-doings. Attacking others not involved in this deal just makes you look foolish. You're killing your potential customer base. Not many are going to want to deal with a party that they fear may begin digging up dirt as soon as a deal goes a way they don't prefer. Irritate a single member of a particular posse and suddenly their entire electronic set is out to get you. Time for a bit of maturity on our part if we want to protect our hobby and gain a bit of respect as reptile keepers/breeders. Remember anyone can see this. HSUS, PETA, and other agencies have employees that can use the google search function to see the caliber of giant snake keepers. Also, potential customers may decide to avoid dealing with the involved parties to avoid the hostile cliques. Whatever your intentions may be, stop adding fuel to the already volatile situation that is our hobby.

I made the above post a number of pages ago, and as I feared it fell upon many deaf ears. This is getting pathetic. Unless the OP had intended this to become an all out mudslinging bout, this has completely backfired.

Is this the level of professionalism that the giant snake keepers posses? Is this how we want our hobby represented?

Nothing new has been stated in this thread. Complaints by all parties are the same regurgitated bits that have been posted previously. If there was some sort of point, some final outcome that was reached I could see why this was necessary. Instead, I see debate tactics that I'd expect from a child. The arguments between the various fora participants will still exist. Sadly, those of us not involved have seen it all come to the surface again.

Since no new information is being put forward, I don't see how this thread has helped anyone.

Quality animals, and quality service without the schoolyard bully mentality can go a long way. Using the BOI to air out laundry is not helping the credibility of the BOI, your respective fora, or your personal hobbies/businesses.

The longer these threads continue the more unreasonable people begin to sound. I like my snakes. I like being able to keep my snakes. I don't like a popular forum's board of inquiry being filled with evidence to show that giant snake keepers are not reasonable adults.

Please end this. End the attacks, end the responses, end this.

just so you know that lav tiger came from me in a trade i did with angle. its the same snake he was bashing me about in the boi he had rob start about me. i like how he had that thing listed as dog tame. that snake was insane to deal with. as for him not every selling sick animals thats the same snake he said was sick and then put it up for sale as healthy. and for the whole dog tame thing. you should never list a retic like that as dog tame. that snake was only 10 to 12ft and was dangerous. so for his claims that he has never lied or mislead anyone about his animals that is a lie. i could have proved the whole same person thing a lone time ago but i couldnt find my old shipping label. im very glad this whole thing has been resolved.

I helped hold that snake at the vets office when it was being treated for the RI that it had when you sent it to Angel. I've also handled that snake with not to many problems. I will direct you to this thread started by Andy when he recieved that lav tiger.

Well, James, 3 posts in and you're doing great, cimplete with the sexual humor! Why am I not surprised... Please read my posts in this thread - I am not calling anyone out. I couldn't care less if Jesus is Angel or is Jesus. I just think all this drama and squabbling (like in your last post) doesn't do ANYTHING to help Angel build his business rep., which is what he came here to do.

Attack away, dude, you're not helping your friend. You are here serving as a character reference for Angel, no?

My point was, why don't some of those people chime in about how great it is to do business with Angel? The guy has 30+ pages now, and not very much is that is focused on his successful business dealings. If he wants to improve his rep., he should concentrate on that type of stuff, not this circus show that you've just been recruited into.

I don't necessarily think you're him, but this is what jmugleston is saying (and I am trying, albeit it unsuccessfully). This would be real easy for him to clear up, if he chose to (assuming he's innocent). By dodging the MAIN issue of identity and switching to mites, cliques, etc., he just draws more suspicion upon himself.

A few points:

1. If I were him, and had a brother, and was the subject of 3 or more BOI threads regarding identity, I'd sure as hell straighten it out, and fast.

2. All the friends of Jesus never really mention Angel....more suspicion.

3. How do you know why he was banned? More suspicion.

4. Of course people are going to look for your info., now that you've come forward to defend Jesus. There are 38 of you in the white pages, but none of you in New Jersey or the Philly area. More suspicion.

What you seem to fail to realize is that Jesus already posted a family pic of himself. I know he was banned because he told me along with detretic. If you read you will see that I mention both Angel and Jesus both in my first post. You will also not find me in some whitepages as im not listed, like so many other people in this world. And my point is this, how many people here have been scammed by Jesus or Angel?

The man was banned for no reason and can't defend himself.

The man received a infraction similar to what you received for that unnecessary obscene comment you made. Those infraction points add up. They aren't a penalty in of themselves but a warning to correct a behavior. Once you receive enough of them the system here will automatically assign the punishment. Jesus had enough of them to give him a week off.

So don't let them add up or the smallest infraction may boot you from here.

is this really neccessary? i think all the facts have been stated, and all the parties taken care of. i co/run a forum and have banned him under many other names including this one. i dont understand how it even affects or makes it worth your time to register and post only on his behalf. if your not him to sit here and literally accomplish nothing. nothing you have to add does anything for the original threads reason for being.

I'm not sure if it has already been said or not, but anyone that starts a thread about themself claiming to be a good guy, usually isn't a good guy...imo that is. It's just like if you get pulled over and before the cop even gets to say anything you immediately try and prove your innocence. It just makes you look MORE suspicious...
