    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Has anyone dealt with him and/or his ratsnakes? My GF's parents want to buy a pair of Green Bush Rats from him and I just wanted to check here befoe they throw $1200 down him. Thanks!

We purchased some Thai Bamboo Rats from Jim Demirjian last year and some annulata a couple of years before that. Our transactions were handled in a professional manner and the animals arrived on time and in good order. We have been pleased with all animals purchased and wouldn't hesitate to do business again.

I purchased a pair of adult Everglades Ratsnakes from Jim a few years ago. They arrived in excellent shape and were exactly as described. They have thrived and been excellent breeders for me.
He was great to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from him again.
