    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

ryan, im new to this site and didnt know about sig lines, i really thought it was a personal attack, since i now know it wasnt. i appologize. you kinda helped me out anyway people r going to see my add and i sold 1 due to it. so thanks alot buddy, and i really am sorry for the counter attack.i did think you were the spelling police. and its killing me to sell theese animals.but i have too. so have fun with your threads, at least im man enough to admit when im wrong. see ya, jim


That is the PM I got from Jim. I haven't been on here in a few days and I feel bad I left this thread hanging. I did feel the ad was unclear because I couldnt' see where the savings were hence why I asked. I feel bad but I have my signature because I am a teacher and my students on few occasions use the correct forms of "there" or "it" or "your". It wasnt' a personal attack which I hope he now knows. If I wanted to make it a personal attack why would I leave it as a signature? I would just post it. I am not well known on Fauna but I think that people can tell that I am not one to post nasty messages in response to advertisements.

I honestly can't figure out if that was an actual apology or an advertisment for his snakes or if he was just rubbing things in ryans face a little for laughs.

No it definitely is not an excuse, but ignorance is very often bliss, which explains why the people like him (Jim H.) usually have no desire to ever change...
 
Ryan, theirs just is no excuse for JimH to be so upset over they're. Afterall, I think it is pretty obvious where there heads are on this one! :raspberry
