I just looked at some of the post created by Mickey_TLK and I nearly crapped my pants. Jim and Mickey are an item correct? Lovers, husband and wife, brother and sister? It has to be. It simply does. They are cast from the same mold.

How did those transactions go Mickey? Something like this?

I cant imagine it any other way. Sorry to say it Mickey but your history prevents me from believing Jim is a decent person to work with in a transaction.

I now understand why no feedback was left. It would be like Charles Manson vouching for Jeffrey Dahmer.

I imagine in our case Jim didnt post anything in regards to the sales, as they were just small deals. Nothing fancy, nothing spectacular was done. Just your average deal that went fine.

I only posted to show that in regards to my dealings with Jim, he was nothing but your typical customer. Im not trying to stir the pot, was just posting my experience. But then again this is coming from a guy with 70 warning points, so we should all take my position with a grain of salt.

By the way, Matt did me a favor, I got my flexwatt from someone else the following week and even saved $35 doing it. In fairness to Jim (again), and Jim don't make me eat my words (again), he did offer to leave me some "nice" words here but reminded me that they may do me more harm than good.

Here he is criticized for not leaving good words, and two posts later, the guy who did leave good words is attacked as not credible because he is just like Jim! So my question to you, Chuck, is this: is there any way Jim could have acted that would have been "OK"? Or would you have attacked his kind words about someone the same way you attacked Mickey's? Since you already criticized Jim for not posting kind words about people he deals with it is a fair question.

If I were in Jim's shoes (and I am glad that I am not) I would feel "damned if I did and damned if I didn't". He did the right thing by me by asking first. I suspect that he would have caught heat either way.

Im not going to sit here and try and make people believe Im something Im not. Im a breeder / broker of high quality reptiles. I also have a temper. I am not a churcly kinda guy, and I come from a pretty rough background.

All that aside your going to be pretty hard pressed to find someone that will talk bad about the quality of my animals, delivery issues, ect. If you would like to find out more on me, start a thread or dig into all the info you find.

The funny thing is all my negative points spawned from one thread that I let myself go to far in. I and many people who know the full story, still to this day feel I did nothing wrong. If I am Jeffery Dahmner or Charles Manson for useing curse words, then so be it. I think your perception is a bit off but thats your opinion.

As I said I stated my experience with Jim, it is what it is. Ask any of the HUNDREDS of people I have done business with in the past, and you will be hard pressed to find someone bad mouthing my business.

Also I did not sell Jim the flexwatt, and that is NOT what my business survives on. I have a very nice retail store front, and do a good amount of sales in high end boas, not to mention the wholesaleing I do to many other shops. But I dont need to validate my business to you do I?

I have many answers to this question Jim. I can only state the simplest though. He's smart enough to know he doesnt defend himself well and has openly admitted he's a poor communicator. My answer is he should have remained silent through much of both threads.

I would probably ignore it but acknowledge it the way a correction officer would seeing two inmates embracing behind bars. Ya know... with a nod and a shrug.

It is a very fair question. I think it could be answered by saying I was very happy to see this thread started. It was a start in the right direction for Jim and thats always a positive thing.

I havent determined you to be a low life. Ive determined I wouldnt consider your post with much weight to the validity that Jim is a decent person to deal with. Thats it. It was the quality of your posts and not your warning points that I used for my determination. As it should be.

You "KNOW" what I have determined by my one post quoted above? To tell you the truth I haven't bothered to look into you at all. So I think you should slow down a little and read the posts before jumping to conclusions. It seems that your fuse is short like Jim's.

A couple of points need to be made here.

(1) This thread is not about Mickey Hinkle, so please don't drag it off topic. If you want to discuss Mickey and have Mickey involve himself in such a discussion, please take it to a thread about Mickey Hinkle.

(2) No one is REQUIRED to post good guy posts about anyone. As a matter of fact, I have stated in the past that I would prefer that only EXCEPTIONAL cases be posted here. Someone getting an order and sending the merchandise in a timely fashion should be normal SOP. That is what we EXPECT in a business transaction. It is the instances of something above and beyond the normal that should be brought here, just as a bad guy falling down on the deal should be considered the exception and have those details brought to light. You don't get a thank you ticket for stopping at a stop sign each time. But if you stopped and then got out of your car to help a blind person across the intersection, then that certainly might provoke someone to make favorable comments about you. And just as getting a ticket for NOT stopping at the stop sign should be noted on the opposite end of the scale.

Jim S. did nothing wrong by NOT posting a good guy post here, and actually he handled that situation exactly as it should have been handled.
