    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I have many answers to this question Jim. I can only state the simplest though. He's smart enough to know he doesnt defend himself well and has openly admitted he's a poor communicator. My answer is he should have remained silent through much of both threads.

I meant specifically either posting "good" words about people or not. Again, you criticized him for not posting about his "good" transactions but then criticized Mickey's good guy post because Mickey was just like Jim. I suspect that somebody might have taken the opportunity to do the same to Jim had he posted "good guys" on Mickey, or on anyone else for that matter.

It is a very fair question. I think it could be answered by saying I was very happy to see this thread started. It was a start in the right direction for Jim and thats always a positive thing.

So was I, well...for a while anyway. But it had nothing to do with answering the question I asked.

I am not defending anyone here. Sorry that some people see it differently, including and especially you, Matt. Please read each of my posts through and through and nowhere do any of them take Jim S's side on anything. I reported a good transaction and excellent service and packaging. I even posted a photo as evidence of what I was talking about so no one would condemn my words as untrue. That is what the BOI is for. Even you would agree that Jim's good deeds should be acknowledged. That had nothing to do with defending his actions with respect to Matt or Matt's mother or Casey or anyone else.

Jim S's words and deeds speak for themselves. He needs no assistance from me or from anyone else. What I have asked for is fairness and consistency. If Jim would be slammed for not posting a "good guy" or slammed (like Mickey was in a thread that was not even about him) for posting a "good guy" I really want to know how he could even break even. Seems to me there was no way. Maybe I am missing something, it is possible. But my point is that while we sit in judgement, let us judge fairly, beacuse as I also said, Jim needs no one's assistance, helpful or otherwise. The deck needs no further stacking than what Jim has done to himself.
 
Jim, That was well said, and I agree with you. There is something to be said for consistency. I think you have handled yourself well here.
 
Wow, I thought this all ended with the apology this morning.

Catch-up

1) Jim S. the apology was accepted by Matt, so stop making jabs at him and he will not fill the need to make them back. Everyone else will leave it alone soon after.

2) Nobody should attack a good guy post for someone just because they don’t like the starter of the thread.

3) I think Chuck went overboard here. No offence Chuck.

4) I don’t like the way Jim S. responded in the situation with Casey and Matt with that said I have never heard anything bad about Jim as a seller.

5) I think Jim O. made a lot of since with his last post.

6) This is just plain silly now.

I ordered this flexwatt from some guy, and I recieved it, I then ordered the following week some more and it looked different, I was like what the,,
Then while looking at it I was like Man the stuff I ordered last week was 3" 6 watt, now this week is 3" 10 watt, Well needless to say I had no use for the one piece of 6 watt I had because it did not match, so that one went in the trash.
But I am sure that was my fault as well.

I have been following this for what seems like an eternity, and have not really seen that much get resolved. I do not think that anyone here will argue that Jim S. has a tendency to let his temper get the best of him, and I do not condone it in anyway. However, I do not see why people here are feeling the need to get down on that same level and resort to name calling. It is just not appropriate and it accomplishes nothing positive. Honestly, I think this thread has run its course and that everybody here has been able to from an opinion as to where they would like to get their flexwatt. Lets move on, there are bigger fish to fry out there.
 
Your right.. see it was finished awile ago and everythign was fine.. Then Jim brought it up again after the origional thread was locked.. The he apoligizes and I accept then he starts again.. I am finished my business and my customers are WAY to important to me to let this get in my way.. So i agree.. Amen!!!!,

I dug it back up after David, dnd or who ever he is, posted the links to threads that I posted about my bad experience with others wich had nothing to do with good guy threads or bad guy threads on me.

Matt, I excepted your opology for the proplems with the orders, not the lie you told about the phone call.

And a few people that posted were correct, I am not given a fare chance and is probably due to my bad grammer, I am not good at explaining things while typing and I try to make a book into one sentance and because of this it makes me look like I am yelling.
I also stated before when asked were is my people to stand up for me, my reply was they do not want to get jumped or somthing like that and we have all seen what happens when that is done because it has happened twice.

Do I have a temper ? Yes I do, especially when I feel I am in the wright and folks jump on my back or accuse me of things.

You do not see any bad guy posts here on me, just poor desissions

Jim,

You stated that your first two transactions with Matt were unacceptable to you and here (quoted above) you seem to be describing one of those transactions. Yet, if those first two were not to your liking why in hell would you make a third order with him? Either you account of your first two transactions with Matt were untrue or you are an idiot. Which is it?
 
I think everyone involved here just needs to let it go...everything is just going around in circles now, from both sides of the argument.

Unfortunately, it just seems that there is always someone who needs to have the last word.
 
David, I have said this once before.

I gave Matt a very very fare chance to make good, seeing he was such a good guy on the BOI.

Call me a fool for giving him the benifit of the doubt on the first 2 transaction.
everyone deserves a fare chance. I gave him plenty. I also figured that maybe it was a fluke as well.
But after the third time he struck out.

I may be a jerk but I give people chances unlike maybe you.
 
Man I took care of you with every thing you complained about! You said I shorted you on one order so I sent you another shipment of the exact same order, for free. Now did I short you? No probably not but I wanted to make you happy. Nothing I do or anyone else does will make you happy and well sir I dont really care anymore. Like has been said just let it die.. No one here or anywhere else for that matter is going to kiss your butt to make you happy. You have a personal vandeta(sp) against me because your little scheme fell through in the other thread, and well thats fine.. Everyone knows me, knows how I deal with a problem if one should arise and knows it will be taken care of because if my customers are not happy with my service then I am not happy! Oh and on the post about the different wattage flexwatt, I dont know if you were throwing that at me but I have never even used 6 watt in my personal collection and have never ordered it from Calorique.. So thats just something else to complain about that is not even true! I am done with you and this thread, my plate is full with good people and dont have room for your off the wall antics..
