No. The likes of Dan would be firing blanks. If he were to give you either positive or negative points there would be a gray circle instead of a green (positive) or red (negative) but no points would be given or taken.

I saw those dead geckos and was compelled to express that not a one of those geckos died from lack of a cool pack. Those geckos died from a disease.

Yes, the heat overwhelmed them caused their death, however their overall thin appearance is not lack of food, its lack of appropriate medical attention.

I believe those geckos suffered from an illness that is not curable.

In my personal opinion, the seller knew they were sick and he knew that shipping them in the heat would kill them. And that is why he did not include a cool pack.

You can't seem to stick to a diagnosis. First it's disease, then heat, then back to disease being the cause of death within your first post. I'll suggest to you the same thing I suggested to pud. Seeing it's the 4th of July (Independence Day) why don't you stick a M-80 up your ass and see if it can make your head independent of your ass.

On second thought, I will. Here it is. Sidetrack Dan is another one who did business with Mike Clark, aka Serpent-turd. Dan received a venomous snake from him by door to door carrier. Seeing the snake allegedly arrived dead at Dan's house, Dan made a diagnosis of coccidia based on looking at a dead animal but without further professional or scientific examination. Sound familiar??

In any event, I was concerned about the condition in which Dan keeps his extensive collection of hots given that he evidently agreed to receive a venomous animal by common carrier (illegal and unethical to say the very least). I was even more concerned about it given that Dan mentioned that he has a few young children at home. So I suggested that I might call child services in Florida and have them take a look and make certain that the children were not in danger. That is the "threatened harm" to Dan's family. Pffft.

His response was that he will sue me if I do that because somehow I *know* that I am making false accusations. How would I know this you ask? Because Dan said so of course. LOL.

I said go ahead and sue me. I said that I had family in his area and if and when it came to court I could visit them and "kill two birds with one stone". Based on use of that common term, which anyone with two brain cells understands, Dan accused me of threatening to kill him.

OK, does anyone think that Dan has a shred of credibility here still? Thought not.

But there's more. I told Dan that he could serve me at my lawyer's office. I gave him the name, the location, and a link to his website. Dan allegedly was printing the whole thread and sending it that Monday. I guess my lawyer is still laughing because he hasn't called me yet about it. Oh wait, I spoke to him about a week ago about something else and he NEVER even mentioned that some moron had sent anything of the sort.

So Dan, care to enlighten more, or correct my version of events? If anyone is suffering from insomnia, go to the "Hell" forum and you can find all of this (and so much more) in the thread that bears his name.

Just a quick note as to how "Sidetrack Dan" earned that nickname. His first post in this thread was post number 104. Now we are in the 160's. Most of the 60+ since posts since then are either about or by Dan. He has sidetracked this thread and made it about him (and his vast experience). Amazing, now he is not only a qualified medical diagnostician based on his experience as a brainless hospital administrator but he is Dr. Doolittle also. I am just sooooo impressed. Not.

Yes Matt, it is. So now everyone knows all about "the hit" that I put out. You know that concrete reasoning, that is the inability to think abstractly, is a sign of schizophrenia (really). Delusions, both paranoid and grandiose, are also common. Now I'm not one to make a diagnosis on the basis of just that, but Dan's behavior is consistent with that condition. If that's the case then he needs our understanding more than he needs ridiculing. Of course, unless he comes out and states it, we have no way to know one way or another.

Lucille: I should have not made that statement last night in my haste to go to sleep as I did not know who was on that rep point list, so I apologize to you and those I may have mistakenly offended. In the past, I asked the webmaster for information to help me understand this rep point thing, however I did not hear back, and I did not locate this information myself. And please do not take it personal, but I am not impressed by some of the names on that list and would not buy or recommend to buy from them for the mere sake that their character is rotten and that is enough to make me take my business elsewhere and enough for me to recommend to my friends to take their business elsewhere. And what does this rep point thing matter if someone is not a reptile dealer? Someone who has a reptile someone wants is going to ignore it in most cases and make the buy. Am I wrong to assume that some people stroke each other for the sake of hoping to get some brownie points back? Heck, I noticed that nothing but thieves and crooks and bafoons gave me bad rep points, so that is only funny.
