    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Sam, you have been exceedingly patient and WAY more than fair. If somebody was trying to sell animals that somebody else took from me, I'd be :censored: mad.

Jodi, how can you even list these animals? They haven't been paid for! Are you kidding me?

Somebody brought up "selling stolen property". Here are some laws where Sam lives on theft and possession of stolen property. It doesn't sound like Jodi--or anyone--would get nailed too hard by the state law for having the snakes. I'm not sure about trying to sell them--that might make a difference.
In terms of federal court, I'm not sure if you could bring this particular case there, or if it would be state only. Since Jodi lives in a different state, perhaps federal court would take the case. :shrug01:
Anyway, just thought I'd give some information on laws.
 
(when I say "not get nailed too hard", I mean they'd only have to pay the money back to Sam for the snakes, no jail time or anything like that. I forgot to clarify, I apologize.)
 
Well they are at it again...selling what they never paid for...Jodi if you were going to "make it right" why have I not gotten contacted or any arrangements in a month???? I have looked into the legal end and I still am working on it. That is why they skipped out of NY. Much easier to get the legal backing there. Still have something up my sleeve and working on the selling stolen property too. And now that its clear here that she knows it, she IS just as liable!!! Too bad others don't check threads before looking to buy from someone they have no clue who they are!! If you want more info on there dealings look up PJ's Pets in Chataqua mall to see some of the other complaints and lawsuit info
 
I just want to make sure I post and keep things 100% straight up on my end. Despite anything on the currently running thread against Jodi and Reptile Garage, they did make this right with me. I agreed to take some of the animals back in place of the money; despite it not being exactly "equal". It is an equitable exchange to square us up: which is all I had ever asked for. The animals were sent and even though the heating on them was less then ideal and they did come in very cold and I was concerned; they heated up well and are currently doing fine. They have no signs of RI or any other problems and have several meals. I consider OUR business settled.
