AWESOME AWESOME experience with Joe Ellis. I highly recommend doing business with him. We won an albino male from him and added on a spider het female at a great price. He kept in contact and arranged everything.
When the snakes were being shipped we had a HUGE issue with FedEx shipping to the wrong address and then keeping the package on the truck due to a Paypal screw-up. Joe texted me and stayed on the phone with me pretty much the whole day and called to get things straightened out with FedEx numerous times. I had called them myself several times and FedEx wasn't going to work with me at all and he finally got them to agree to meet me. Idk what he said to them but it worked.
It was 110* here in Phoenix and I'm very convinced they would have died if he hadn't gotten them to agree when they did. After the whole ordeal he still contacted me to make sure they were okay and I got them and apologized profusely although it really wasn't his fault.
Most definitely a seller who will be in contact if anything goes wrong. Will be doing business again.
