Ok the snakes were and ARE listed same as they were on the website all i did was remove them so no one would try to buy them and added call for price so no one could make the purchase.
Now for everyone that knows nothing about this deal heres how it went .
Albino jungle was listed for $5000
triple het was listed for $3500
jungle male $1800
Buyer asked about the triple het and albino jungle the day after i posted them .
I explained they were not here or mine and would contact the buyer and set them together so the deal could be arranged and would pass his number to Joe.
I left that Friday to go see my son called joe left messages and emails , we played phone tag while i was gone the three of us being i was away from my shop in PC i couldn't get the calls untill i called and checked voice mails i did nightly but me n joe missed each other the weekend. I had mistyped or left the wrong number on the message or something so it took till i was back to get them together . Joe himself did ALL the price negotiations i never had the right to or permission to bargain or deal any prices he set them i posted them and then any contacts would go through Joe. thats how it happened
Now the 10% or $1300 price i came up with was on the listed prices joe had me post $10,300 and 10% of that is ( drum roll please ) $1,300.00 WOW
Now When joe told me he was meeting the guy i think it was on the following sunday to give up animals and get cash and told me he would send me money on monday. Now they met he talked to me that sunday or maybe it was a phone call really not sure but he told me he sold them for i thought was $7000-$7500 and the guy bought the jungle as well but he sold it for $1300 or something and wasnt worried cause he paid a different price in a deal he got it . so that would have and did bring down the 10% commision to $830.00
now thats how it happend and i think Joe can back that up as being a true summary of how the deal went
I think it is interesting that that the buyer immediately took the money he saved by negotiating through Alan, and bought a rack system from Alan with it.
so that was an assumption made and then davey talked to me on aim after that and got his answer and it is not what he posted he didnt know
Perhaps Joe gave Alan permission for a bit of wiggle room on the price.
Oh my gosh, do you think its possible that Alan used that wiggle room to his advantage to get more than a measly 10% commission?
If you going to go fishing like that you should try baiting the hook atleast then you might be somewhere to knowing what your talking about Bill
Ok being thats about all i need to add to this so if anyone has questions ask joe cause i have laid out how it went here and far as im concerned conjuncture has no room for the assumptions
