    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I think the other thread should be locked down.  It is looking personal and Joe wants to cry and file a lawsuit..  Just like he did for kingsnake and caused them to shut down one of their forums.
I am starting this one so you can post facts only
If you have been threatened by polanco
1. through e-mail  (post it here)
2. in person  (post as much as you can remember here)
3. in phone call  (post as much as you can remember here)
give dates and as much details as you can.

If you were sent a virus by Polanco through e-mail
1.  Post the address he sent from here.
  1.a.  if it was hotmail or such...(someone will contact the service provider)


 If you bought a sick animal
1. Post experiences here.



Please no personal attacks.  Just the facts and your personal experiences PLEASE!!!!


If You have Pictures...post it here.  or send it to me and I will post it here.

I am doing this not for my personal gain....but to protect some of you and also to protect this valuable site against any litigation that Polanco might come up with.

And if my name comes up.....hey that is what I pay my lawyer for....We shall go all the way

I dont think its a good idea to post it all here.  After all why should we show him our colleted data and emails.  Why stregnthen his side with our facts.

Lets email them to you so noone on his legal team can see them before we need them.

Sounds better to me.

Why?
Because I do not want to receive a virus from Joe and have my whole system shut down.
But then again I got a pretty good and secure system.  He is not that much of an expert.

Just a suggestion regarding protecting yourself from viruses attached to emails...if you don't use Outlook or Outlook Express to preview/read/open the emails, you'll be doing a lot towards protecting yourself from many of the viruses floating around the Internet today.

If you do use Outlook/OE...get the latest security patches from Microsoft and cross your fingers <img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>

rereading my thread.........it makes it sound like some of you may be scared of Polanco.   THAT IS NOT THE CASE !!!
So go ahead and post your names here.
No need to hide.
If he does sue the Boi.....well he will have to deal with the whole herp industry.  We have nothing to lose except another "bad" guy. IMO

Ritchie and ALL OF YOU!!....If ANY of you EVER get an email that you THINK might have a virus attached?? Just SEND IT TO ME!! I have WebTV...It's VIRUS-PROOF!! I'll TRY to open anything you send me! Although, how would I be able to TELL if it's a virus or not?? Of this, I have NO CLUE!

I went into the link that was provided, and I'm SURE it's just an April Fool's joke! And a BAD ONE at that! They BOTH got NEW jobs??? Well, just let me know which McDonalds it is, and I'll buy some fries!! ....Neil

Have you ever thought of contacting Dan Mendez? I haven't been following closely but I used to talk to Dan a lot and I know him and Polanco had a little legal problems (which is why the Tree Boa Forum on a certain other site closed down). So... if you haven't talked to him yet, that might be a good idea. Just giving you the heads up!
