    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

HE SAID TO SEND HIM PICTURES & I DID HE RECEIVED THEM & E-MAILED ME ON 8-11-02 THAT HE WOULD SEND ME A $60 REFUND IN 3 WEEKS. IT NEVER CAME. SO ON 9-16-02 I E-MAILED HIM ASKING WHEN HE WAS GOING TO SEND A REFUND. ON 9-29-02 HE E-MAILED BACK & SAID HE WAS NOT GOING TO SEND ME A REFUND BECAUSE HE HAS HAD MOST OF HIS COLLECTION DIE & THAT HE WAS TOO BROKE TO SEND ME A REFUND. ANYBODY
GETTING REPTILES FROM HIM BETTER THINK TWICE. HE OLD UPS THAT THERE WAS STAINED GLASS IN THE BOX INSTEAD OF TELLING THEM IT WAS REPTILES. IF THEY HAD BEEN TOLD THEY WERE REPTILES THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN HANDLED BETTER. JOE SHONKA LIVES IN ATHENS GA. & IS A DISHONEST PERSON.

i doubt marking the box would have made any difference.
infact it might have made ups reject the box alltogether.
some brokers wont gaurentee live arrival unless its by airlines only.  <img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':('>  risky business this shipping can be..thats if the snakes were indeed alive when shipped.
 
Sorry for your loss. As for packaging i never use holes and they aren't needed. I mark my boxes fragile handle with care. They get treated the same i'm sure (just watch real t.v.) so the secret is to package good. There is enough air in the box for next day shipping. This guy just doesn't back his animals and his claim all his herps died is not an excuse. Thanx for the heads up...
