I received a delivery from the Ball Python...umm, sorry- FedEx guy this morning, that I purchased from John and Laura Berry of Red Top Reptiles. Below is my feedback concerning the transaction.
Communication- The communication was timely, informative, useful, and simple to understand. When I had questions, they were answered promptly, with courtesy and professionalism.
Payment arrangements- I feel that we had a clear, complete, mutual understanding regarding the price, payment method, and terms of payment.
Shipping- The shipping arrangements were set to best accommodate both my desired delivery schedule and the health/welfare of the animal. The animal was packaged properly and shipped on time.
Representation- The animal I received was properly represented to me in the photos I saw prior to purchase. It was properly sexed.
Health- When the animal arrived, there were no obvious problems as a result of poor husbandry/care. I did not observe mites, wheezing, or deformities. The snake will enter my standard quarantine, but that a personal precautionary measure.
Recommendation- Based on my experience with John, I would you do business with him again.
John and Laura, thank you for a pleasant experience. I would recommend you with enthusiasm to my friends and family.
