I think it seems to be his game to promise to do something in the future.

It was going to be months before he was going to 'give' (for $50) the anaconda to Samantha, I don't think that was ever going to happen, it was just tossed her way to hush her up. Now, excuses that the photos can't be posted, and I have no doubt that when the time comes and he gets home, he will fly off in a huff or something else to prevent any real evidence from being posted.

John is in Texas, and in Texas a commercial controlled exotic snake permit is needed to own and sell venomous snakes and green anacondas. This permit is through Texas Parks and Wildlife Department and the information is public record. Meaning if someone asks the permitting specialist if an individual has a permit, it can be verified. If they don't, either they are using a fake name, don't have the animals, or are owning/selling illegally.

Just a heads up if someone wants to try and verify identity/legality.

So far I have found zip on any search for John Buhs in Texas, I suspect it may not be his real name. However, it is easy enough just to forward the thread to Parks and Wildlife.
Of course, there has been no proof of the existence of any reptiles whatsoever owned by 'John Buhs' here, it is possible that he has another name and does not own any reptiles at all.
