Having read the entire thread of confusing stories and lies and proof of multiple lies... then seeing his attitude and finally the threats of violance and foul language, it follows the same path of other scammers that have been found out beyond any hope of repair.
It's sad that folks try so hard to scam people, when they could put that same effort into working honestly.

And why would anyone who cared about their dogs leave them chained up on logging chains outside?
How much effort would it take to steal NEW pictures to try to sell pieds you don't have? THat's just plain lazy, if you're going to continue the same scam after being found out, you deserve the visit from the police. I believe it's also over state lines correct? Doesn't that involve FBI fraud?
I hope FIRST that those snakes are okay when they arrive back home.

Theresa, i think the flaw in your logic here is that you (actually we) are assuming that these dogs are his and that they exist. my guess is that he (she) is a dog scammer as well. perhaps one of our more innovative posters here (Dennis maybe?) has a way to find out who these dog pics really belong to. then IF (and i am saying if but i dont think it is a big if) the dog ads are fake too (as i suspect they are) maybe someone could alert the ad pages these idiots are posting dog ads on so that these scammers lose that avenue for ripping people off too! my only clue to this is that someone mapped the adress and said it looked to be an apartment building. kind of tough to keep a pit bull kennel there. but just a hunch.

Roy, yes no and maybe lol... I wouldn't doubt that it happens now and then IE fights over some of this but I think that most like John here just get so upset when they find out that they really are not as smart and sneaky as they thought they were or in this case not a smart and the animals he was trying to steal. The 20 Fulton Street address is a 3-family house; the 164 Prospect Street address is also 3-family, neither of which shows being owned by a Dumas or Mansulla. There's a Jed and Pamela Dumas at a different address in Brockton, and also a John W. and spouse (not Pamela) at still another adddress in Brockton. He also claimed to live in Springfield. There are at least 8 "Dumas's" in Springfield, none of which are listed as "John".
LOL, and he called everyone else inbred rednecks!

I tried searching the MA business site looking for a dba filed by John Dumas or Pamela Mansulla either under their own names or for Diamond Exotics Kennel.. go figure.. nothing came up.

I did a trade with him for a het pied female that was supposed to be 900+ grams for the spider male and pastel female he has... When I got her she weighed 500g. barely... I got the original paperwork from the sutherlands that came with the het. Before we did the trade I made sure the het was in the database on tsk's site and according to the ID# she was with a photo referance...I got him to send pics of the snake to verify it was a match.. They looked the same and I have the paperwork from tsk with me... What burned me was she weighed half the size and he agreed to kick some cash in to compensate for the misrepresentation... Which I have yet to collect... I've been burned on another occasion with het pieds before and that incident is in the archives here on the boi... I opted to keep the female as she obviously was just fed small meals and she is doing good for me here...This kind of stuff will give us honest folks a heart attack. I just made sure she was legit 3 or 4 ways before doing the trade... I wasn't happy with the size but she is as far as I can tell a true 100% het pied... Her ID# is 0508hpied16f4-6. I'm enclosing a pic of her on a scale when I got her...Yall decide but I was convinced....Jason

I could have swore he more or less used your name in the other thread, implying he has done GOOD business with you.

He misrepresented the animal, and has not sent you monetary compensation like he promised, according to you. Here's the important question...
