    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

It has been over two weeks since John has posted on this thread, I have also sent a few e-mails to John and have heard nothing from him. There has been no attempt for resolution. I'm sure John is NOW aware of the situation. Apparently this is the outstanding bison man John is. I have given John more then enough time and opportunity to make this right.
 
I tend to agree with you on the matter. The snakes are readily available at lower cost right now and he does not seem interested on funding the money to make things right on your end. I would assist if he funded the money and have him conduct it out right breeder direct under my discounts. I don't know what to tell you other then he is more than welcome to get my discounts to work this all out.
 
He's online. He just posted an ad for het albinos for sale on TRR.
 
Rick, yes the animals are cheaper, but I lost out now on time and money. Which sucks!!!

I'm going to reply to this 1 time and that's it only because I happen to really like this site. The animal was feeding fine at the time I sent it out. FLVenom I'm sure will back me on this as the animal was healthy and very nice looking when he picked it up. I don't know what conditions you had the animal in...... Shit happens in the animal world. Yes they are living animals. Yes you spent alot of money on it. Guess what, I purchased an 06 male angolan that never ate for me. That animal is now dead. I have not heard 1 word from the seller. You better believe I spent more then you did on him. You like to say this and that but your so full of crap it's funny. Don't put words in my mouth. I've been dealing herps since I was like 15 and have a total of 2 problems. 1 now with you and another I never even knew about when I was around 16. I've sold quite a few animals on this site and still have yet to have a problem. I don't sell animals anymore and don't intend to unless I need to get rid of some of my personal animals. I don't owe you anything, end of story. keep this up all you want as it doesn't bother me in the least.

The thing that I am truly lost on right, John has struck me as a great kid when I first got into working the Red Roof Inn Reptile Shows out of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida many years ago. He was just a teenager back then but struck me as a kid that would do well in the market with his eager to learn. I had no idea of these two deals til you Ryan was brought up here and honestly I don't still know what took place on the second deal when he was in his teenage years. The way I look at things here is that if ones been in the market for that period of time and only 2 Incidents, Its bound to happen even to the most respected reptile breeders across the United States. However, to keep up a good reputation, the most respected reptile breeders would of easily replaced and or refunded the money with a apology attached. I am not sure what you payed at the time and I know john and many people face financial issues. At this time, I can not see any possibility of a full refund up front and or full replacement from john. My recommendation is that through John and Gary who steadily post on fauna and owners I think of the website TRR in which the other John claims to enjoy, I think maybe a simple recommendation to John and Gary to have a simple word with their member maybe on the resolvent issue of if nothing less a payment plan thats agreeable between both parties. It would be a right thing for management off TRR who attend fauna to step in. Even tho, TRR Management can not be responsible for the outcome of it, they can at least be willing to try to help in a resolvent matter. So shoot for a payment plan while utilizing a mutual party is my recommendation.
 
I am not sure what I can do. Just as Rich(webslave) here can not force anyone to do anything.

Now if this was my deal you would have your money or a replacement animal no questions asked. That is the way I treat all my customers. I have had animals die on customers but I always make sure to bend over backwards for them too. They always leave smiling even if it hits my pocket.

Do I think that John L. owes you? To tell you the truth I can not say. But if I was in John's shoes this thread would not even be here. YOu would be posting about your super and how much you like it.

I really am sorry I can not get into the middle of this. I can PM John and talk to him but I am not sure how much good I can do. You know?

But remember John is a member here too and a member at many forums. I am also a member at every large site.

I am really sorry this has happened to you. If I was you I would be very upset too. FLvenom the guy John brings up in his post is a friend of mine. I can ask him about this. But I try very very hard to stay out of dealings as a site owner. Ask Webslave about that. As a site owner no matter what you do you have someone slapping you around about something lol

Now that FLvenom on the TRR posted the dates when John got the animal, you tell me who's full of poop.

The Columbia SC show was Nov 3 and 4th. John from what FLvenom posted recieved the animal on the 5th. Well any smart man would give several days for aclimation before feeding. Well that puts the date at the 9th-10th of Nov. Well I recieved the animal on the Nov 27th, and John told he was going to hold off on feeding due to shipping, which makes sense. So you guys tell me "JOHN." In that 15 - 20 days you had the animal. It was a problem eater at first, but was doing great down the road. I call Bullshit!!!!! How can you make that statement having the animal for such a short period of time.
