• Responding to email notices you receive.
    **************************************************
    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

This person is stealing our photos and animal descriptions from already sold animals off of our Facebook page (Phantom Dragons) and posting them in the classifieds here on fauna. BUYER BEWARE. He does not have these animals and he is a scammer.

Screen shots of 2 of the ads. These are my photos from my business page along with the description I posted with them. These are not his.

Here is another that I forgot to post last night. I believe this animal and photos also belong to Josh.

I emailed him on that dragon last night, said it was still available...

Sorry for "name calling" lol, felt that it was the best description for someone who was attempting to take my money and provide nothing in return. Pretty sure in the thread title it says "bad guy" and another calls him an "ass", guess those are acceptable though...

If some one wants me to email them the convo about the Zero I can do that, I'm not tech savvy enough to copy and post and edit and/or w/e else is needed to post it here, sorry....I don't really do social media and I'm still using a flip phone from 15 years ago.

The email doesn't say he much he just says its still available but he wouldn't accept paypal. If you want it though give me your email and I can forward it.

Awesome Zero Dragon BTW.

A suggestion to the poster: Start watermarking all photos of your animals. That will be the best way to deter scammers from using the photos without permission. Also place the watermark where they can not crop out the mark. I usually cover the whole image with very low opacity as to not detract from the animal but at the same time show that the images are watermarked.

We are working on a watermark. Unfortunately the new work around for uncroppable watermarks are placing emojis over them 😑🙄
