    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Jordan, you really need to read, AND RESPOND, to your email messages.  However there is only silence (I know, I know, you are an incredibly busy young man), so to avoid any legal liabilities (which is being worked out by my attorney which happens to be one of my colleagues I teach with), please read my email messages and respond immediately.  For a criminal justice student, I find this whole thing very odd and absurd and a breach of contract is nothing to treat lightly (you'll find that out when you get a little further in your academic studies). This has gone on way too long, and your continued promises that a check is in the mail has grown really old (several months old&#33<img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'>.  I have spared the details of our transaction to avoid you alot of embarrasement....So please just read and respond immediately.  Can't say I tried to resolve this peacefully.  No matter how busy you are (I have 5 children, teach full time, am completing a second Ph.D., do 15-20 hours of environmental consulting weekly to make ends meet, take care of my 150 pythons, do research 3 days a week that require a round trip of 6 hours per day of driving, 3 days a week....etc., etc., so please Jordan Russell fan club members, and Jordan, spare me the email rebuttals in support of how busy he is....I'm sure he is but despite my chaotic schedue, can always find time to prioritize certain matters....), it can't take too long to write a check, which I have been promised repeatedly was done, stick the  check into an envelope, write the address, stick a stamp on, and then you can even stick it right in your mailbox, put the little red flag up, and off it goes, and I bet if you hurried, you could probably do this in less than 5 minutes, tops.  Well Jordan, as you can tell, my patience is gone so please respond and more importantly read my last most recent email, it gives you the details of the events to come.  Hopefully you'll get this and perhaps we should talk on the phone to clear the air.  I am more than willing to put this behind us, shake hands, and go off on our merry ways.
 
You sound like quite a whiner to me.  Who care if you have 5 children, teach full time, working on a second Ph.D. blah blah blah...  I sure as the hell don't.  Jordan is not out to screw you or anyone else, he's busy, so what.  He'll make it right so stop your crying.
 
Wow, the people on this site get more pathetic each day.  If someone is friends with another who someone has done something wrong to, they defend that person no matter what.  Twice I have seen, "The person is busy".  Here is an idea, if your life is entrenched with other stuff, don't take someone's money or animals if you can't finish your end.  The problem is that people slap the word "reptiles" to the end of their name and they think they are a business.....how about practicing with some business ethics. What a joke!
 
I think Jeremiah is a 3 year kid that doesn't know anything about the real world. Anyways I think that no matter how busy a person is I'm pretty sure they can find  some time during the day to do something as simple as mailing a letter or responds to a person. Hell I sometimes skip my class because I told my customers I was gonna ship out thier animals today(that is unless I forget I have an exam that day). But either way it is important to let the customer know what is going on with thier animals/money.That is how you would built up a good reputation for yourself. So Jordan just e mail Chris and tell him whats going on at least. I have found that some people are very understanding

I type pretty damn well for a 3 year old kid don't you think?  I have plenty of people that owe me money, but you don't see me on here posting about the same thing two times in one day.  He's a busy person so what?  We all get extremely busy in our lives and have to focus on certain things, and take things one at a time to get everything back to normal.  I, along with alot of people, know Jordan will make things right.  He's not going to screw you or anyone else.
 
Shut up and grow up huh?  Im guessing your lack of intelligence restricts you from saying anything else!  Although you have the right to say what you wish as well as I.  So with that being said, I find Chris's post to be quite annoying and degrading of Jordan's character and I stand up for my friends.  If you don't like that, TO BAD!

If your such good buddies with jordan how about pulling your D!ck out of his @ss long enough so he can send Chris his money.  Heck if you and jordan do business like this you wont be in business long.  If Chris says there is a problem then this has gone on long enough.
     Better yet J.G. why don't you send the money and let jordan work it off your bill.
 
Gill, Im not about to let someone degrade a friends character when they know he's busy and unlikely to see any of the post.  I'd do it for anyone I was friends with.  Sorry but I refuse to sit back and let the flame wars start on by far one of the best people in the business.  Where in ALL of this did you ever get the idea that I and Jordan are in business together?  I don't sell anything, I am a collector.. not a breeder, not a broker.. simple a collector of beautiful animals.  If there was some way I could help, yes damn right I would.  I unlike alot of people will go out of my way for friends.  There are to few people that are true friends to others.  You and everyone else have their problems and their issues... you can't just jump back into things without resolving the problems at hand.

The fault here is Jordans-your his friend? Call him up, slap him around, help him do what is RIGHT.  Your issue is "your am idiot"  Now say that in Gilbert Godfreys voice to your self.  You got issues and if they are in your hand,  I don't want to hear about them.  Just tell your busy @ss BUDDY who you care sooooo much about to come up for air and respond.  Call him, stop by his house, court his wife or kids, I don't care.  Just get him!!!

I find it ironic that you are on here questioning someone's intelligence and then in the same post so eloquently display your own lack thereof. A couple of quick little lessons for you:

Lesson #1: The correct spelling of the phrase is "too bad" not "to bad". Perhaps the next time you see your friend Jordan he can show you how to use a dictionary.

Lesson #2: You say that you find Chris's post "annoying". For a moment why don't you try to remove yourself from your own self centered world and place yourself in Chris's shoes. You think you are annoyed? I imagine you are not nearly so annoyed as Chris.

Lesson #3: You feel that your friend Jordan's "character" is being degraded. People of character follow through on their word and on their promises. Just because he is your friend does not make him inherently right and beyond question.

You see there are people here of more than enough intelligence to deal with the likes of you.

Well Jeremiah, it is very noble of you to stick up for your friend but, the fact remains that he owes Chris, myself and a few other people some money or some animals! The fact that he is busy with school, work or whatever is really not our problem.

I know I paid a nice chunk of change for a animal that ended up being terminally ill. I had sent him the money the day before I received the animal so there was no reason that I could not have been refunded in a timely manner. A business should have enough money to back whatever they sell incase it needs to be refunded. It seems that he does not operate that way, which is a poor business practice.

 Yes, he seems like a good kid. I've chatted with him many times via e-mail, Instant Messanger and Telephone. But just being a good guy does not make you a good businessman.

What it all boils down to is: if you bought something at a store, and found out it was broken when you got home and opened it, would you wait an indefinite amount of time for the store to replace it with a new one or to refund you your money? Of course you wouldn't! You would want compensation immediately. Well so do we! We are tired of waiting and getting the run around.

Here is an example for you of how he operates: A customer of mine had contacted Jordan about some animals. Jordan had a specific snake that my customer had liked. They had set it up so that Jordan would ship to my customer and my customer would pay me upon his approval. The animal was supposed to be shipped yesterday, March 14, for delivery today. I just spoke with my customer and he said he never received the animal or a e-mail or phonecall from Jordan stating that the animal was or was not shipped.

I can't wait to hear what his excuse was for that!

Everyone has issues and problems, just the way things go.  #### happens, so get over it!  Thats all Im going to say and going to leave it at that.  Im not going to respond to your childish responses, when all you are trying to do it get more #### started.  It's obvious you don't know Jordan, thus giving you no room to bad mouth someone you don't even know.

No body, and I mean no body is too busy to pay their bills or give the individual they owe a call and ask for time.  Thats the way adults do business!  Neil says it all the time......COMMUNICATE!  There is nothing else to say here.

Jordan...If you're reading this....you really SHOULD reply! As MOST of the people are saying...there is NO REASON WHATSOEVER that you can't take two seconds out of your "BUSY" day to respond to people who have given you their TRUST by buying from you! That is totally irresponsible and very bad business practice!

Not to jump on the wagon, but to let others know what is happening with yet another deal gone south.  I have been waiting for Jordan to pay me HALF of what he valued a snake to be worth.  He OFFERED this when I told him the snake had died.  I sent him pictures of it happening and was on the phone with him as it was dying as well.  Jordan appologized and said he would do whatever needed to be done to make it good.  He offered to pay $400, this was APPROX. the end of January.  I have spoke to Jordan on the phone and received a handful of emails as well.  I called Jordan at home (his cell no longer works) and he returned my call teh next day.  I emailed him twice (this is all in the last week) letting him know how to reach me at night (home nuber) and during the day (pager number) and he also has my work number because that is where I called from when the message was left last week by me.  I have not heard anything from him yet.  
Jordan is a great guy to BS with and we have done so for many hours on the phone over the course of a FEW different deals and just because we like talking to each other.  ALl I can complain about is not getting paid like HE offered whwen I had not yet asked.
I will not attack his character, but it does get old.
