How many user names does this guy have??? He told me his user name was EMILY1234 but he's also posting here as ox_gecko's?

Emily 1234, This is Jose Perez. He had contacted me regarding a patternless southern pine snake male that i need but too many red flags popped up. After looking his name up i found this thread. If he still owes someone money now you know what name he uses now. I don't want to bring up old blood but I think it's not right that he burns someone and does not resolve the issue and then gets reborn under a new name. Maybe i just passed up a good deal but it's better to be safe then sorry!

No, he doesn't get to just change his name here. He is required to use his real name in the classifieds. This issue is being addressed.

In my personal opinion, If I would take your statement as fact anyway, You are just as bad hiding him under your name. But, I seriously doubt that you are anyone other than Jose.

You stopped using the other account as soon as your transaction came to light on the BOI and later registered this account and started posting.

Jose (You) is making contact and posting ads under this account. Simply put, it is in violation of the rules here to advertise under any other name than your own. He is posting this ads and contacting members with this account. To state this account has nothing to do with your boyfriend is a lie.

The account will be banned shortly. Use your original account only. If you registered another account, I will ban you permanently here. Which will also ban the OX_GECKOS account as well.

I think it was Jose himself who said his brother lives in AZ, and that doesn't seem to hold much weight at all especially when he's getting heat for selling native CA animals. Just because Jose said it doesn't mean it's true.

Well he did say the Alligator lizards were available for pick up in AZ, so whether it be his brother or whoever, someones there selling these CA native herps for him. I don't even know if that's illegal but if its done often along with high numbers of other species, then yes I'm pretty sure that is illegal.

just to let everyone know i was going to return his money i tought the snakes
were adults ,i do not have experince with garters .
my computer was not working for a few weeks thats why i could not return his emails
first he told me he would ship back the snakes as long as i return the money then he said i needed to pay half of the shiping cost .

and about the alligator lizards they are in arizona at my brothers house if anyone wanted some they would be shipped out from arizona not ca
