    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Once again yes I found out AFTER SENDING THE MONEY. And once I found out I did not bring it up to you because based on the way you dealt with things on here it seemed like a bad idea to confront you when you had 300 dollars of my money. It is called being intelligent in a possibly bad situation.

And yes the tanks are still working for their intended purposes.

I will say however (since you are wanting to pick things apart) that the way you shipped them was a bad idea. They need more protection than how you sent them as they got gashed on the corners due to shipping. Doesnt effect what I used them for but if they had been purchased for display cages I would not have been happy.

Are you done yet or are there more things you need to whine about? Why arent you spending your time working out a way to fix the issues at hand instead of argue with me?

I posted the emails already when this thread was resurrected to show you made an offer to make good on our deal.

I am just a bit skeptical. You selling enough cages to turn a profit and be able to make good on your promise to me just doesn't look feasible since you are not selling cages. It just looks like I have as good a chance of you making this right with me as I would have with Alan Hall making things right with me......

You screwed people and are now whining and complaining that you can't sell cages to make things right because nobody's forgotten. It's a tough economy and a scumbag rip-off artist can't sell a cage! Booo-hoooo! :angry:

BTW, do you actually think Steve wants to look at one of your cages every time he goes into his snake room? That's like someone hanging up a picture of the ex-wife that cheated on them and then took half their stuff. I don't know about anyone else, but I'd rather just have my stuff back. How's about you stop insulting him with your replacement offer, and send him a refund! You may want to add interest for the past 3 years as well!

FYI - I'm in the market for some new caging. I'm thinking of just building another stack myself. If not, could you recommend a manufacturer? It would have to be one that I could do business with without feeling dirty, though. :rolleyes:

He is simply trying to manipulate the board into leaving him alone so he can sell his cages. If I were the one he had ripped off, I would not care if he sold ONE cage, he can use that job to pay ME and then when he makes good, I would stop posting.

WE are not the reason you can't sell cages. YOU put yourself in this position by EARNING the bad reputation you have and THAT is why you can't sell cages.

YOU dug the hole you are in and IT IS NOT OUR JOB to throw you a rope so you can haul yourself out. :angry:

But how do we really know that he hasn't sold any. He could of sold 1 to 100 and using the excuse to not send Steve the money owed. After this amount of time and having a Job , not being able to pay back $175 I can't believe a word that he types ..

As a business owner, do you think that if I said to the government, "Well, how do you expect me to pay for my business license if you don't let me get some money coming in first?", that they would allow me to go ahead and conduct my business???? NO!

If you started a new job, but informed the boss that he would have to give you money for gas before you could start working, do you think that he would go for that??? NO!!

So why is it that you think ANYONE is going to buy another cage from you BEFORE you make things right????? TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMER'S OR DON'T EXPECT TO HAVE ANYMORE!!!!!!!!! How can this be so hard to understand??? :shrug01:

In my opinion, you owe Steve a PERFECT new cage AND a total refund...and don't ask him to pay for shipping, either!!

Another person to add to my black list. Can't even pay Steve back the $175.00 that YOU OWE HIM. Something is very wrong and no it is not anyone on this board to blame, but yourself.
 
I still can't get over he went on a full frontal assault at me the one person on this board that successfully did business with him. Its quite sad. I doubt he will ever square up with anyone considering that attitude.

THAT is something you should have thought about when you were responding to Steve's initial complaints... If your response then had been based on that statement, we wouldn't be going through this now. There is simply no excuse for letting this go for so long. You'll have to make good on your past screw ups, then show that you plan on doing solid business if you want to repair your reputation...and, no, it isn't going to be easy.
 
TRIED to make us feel guiltuy Lucille, tried. I for one only feel guilty for what I actually do wrong, not one bit for what someone else does wrong.
 
This should make it easy for him to settle up with me.
