Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I recently made a smaller order of feeders/supplies from Josh's Frogs Online Catalog to check out his service. I've had some recent issues with my current supplier, and was advised to give them a try.

I couldn't have been happier. His prices are excellent, communication perfect and packaging/shipping top notch. As soon as I feed off my current cultures, I will be changing my supplier for flies and supplies to Josh's Frogs.
 
Thanks for posting. I have been considering placing an order for some Springtails with them but could find no info on them.
Now I may just risk it.
 
I've not done business with him but I've seen him over at Dendroboard.com and he goes out of his way to be helpful to many who ask questions there.
 
I usually don't post, but on this I had to.
Josh is awesome. I recently purchased 2 D. ventrimaculatus from him, not aware that most of his state was without electricity.

In spite of that, his communication was excellent, and he must have shipped the frogs the moment power came back, and I had them by the end of the week.

I would agree that Mr. Willard is someone worthy of doing business with.
I was planning to purchase some Tropical Springtails for my Anole terrarium from Josh's Frogs but when a dear friend asked me what I wanted for my birthday I was at a loss so I mentioned them to her suggesting Josh's Frogs as a source.
Mr. Willard and I communicated back and forth about them, the risk of shipping with our heat, and the fact that USPS does not do priority/over night to our location. In the end we found a window of opportunity when our temps would not be to high
Sadly they must have gotten over heated between Josh's Frogs and our mail sort city, even though Mr. Willard did include a cold pac which was still cool, the Springtails arrived DOA.
Even though I do not feel Mr. Willard was in any way at fault he has offered to replace the shipment free of charge in the fall when temps are likely to be cooler. Though I doubt I will take him up on the offer, the fact that he made it speaks volumes about his business ethics IMO.
If, in the future, I am looking for something he is selling I will most certainly make the purchase from his business. :thumbsup:
 
I have made at least 25 purchases over one and half years from Josh at Josh's Frogs, and would highly recommend him to anyone. Every purchase has gone smoothly and the prices are great. Also if you ever have a question about anything you have purchased or some other questions, he always responds quickly and always helps with what ever you need help with. He is a great person to do business with, and I will continue to do business with him in the future.

I have purchased fruit fly media from Josh's Frogs recently. I was very happy with the quality as well as the promptness (no complaints about the price either). I would not hesitate to deal with his company in the future.
 
I have made a few purchases from Joshsfrogs.com and have always been very happy. I especially like his fruit fly media. I was using some from another source, and although it was good, can't even come close to the production I get from Josh's mix. Plus it smells really nice when I'm making cultures.

I look forward to getting some plants and frogs from him in the near future once spring time comes around. Not to mention getting my crickets and superworms there as well. His site has also become the first one I check for any dart frog related supplies I need. Keep up the good work Josh. :thumbsup:
 
I just ordered and received 4-thousand adult crickets and 2-thousand superworms. Josh Fedex's them overnight and they arrived in terrific condition. I ordered from him because I was dissatisfied with the other suppliers I have tried. I can honestly say that I have never recieved crickets in this good of condition in winter. Thanks Josh, I'll be back for more!
