For any one interested in doing business with Joshua Sardina (Faunaclassifieds name: Tuscani 521), please do not hesitate one bit. Though I have only purchased one snake from him (so far), he definitely made a lasting impact on me through the quality of his snakes and through the quality of his help & advice. He never hesitated to answer any questions I had regarding choosing a snake, Ball Python care, breeding, etc.
For ease of ratings, in case you do not want to read my full experience, here is rating list: On a scale of 1 (terrible) to 5 (above and beyond)
1) Promptness in e-mail/phone/text responses: 5 – I never had to wait beyond a few hours for an e-mail response. He also dedicated ample time on the phone with me to answer any of my questions.
2) Willingness to work with buyer: 5 – explained below
3) Quality of snake being sold: 5!
4) Packaging/shipping quality: 5 – The snake arrived in a secure bag placed between padding and surrounded by Styrofoam, along with a heating bag. She arrived warm and healthy. Josh was also very adamant on shipping on the warmest day possible (78 F high, 58 F low) to ensure the snakes safety; the transaction was done in January, so temperatures were quite low on some days.
I first messaged Josh because I fell in love with one of his snakes posted on FC. Once I was able to find his email (which was honestly probably more difficult for me that it should have been – my fault, not his!), I frantically sent him a quick email stating my interest in the snake; he responded letting me know someone else already had a pending interest in the snake, but he’d let me know if anything changed. Now, looking back at the e-mail, I probably sounded like a complete jerk for initially sending such terse messages, but Josh was very polite and still willing to let me know if anything fell through. After a couple more e-mails back and forth, he stated he would feel terrible selling a snake that he already promised to hold for someone (which I greatly respect), but that he did have another one I may have been interested in; along with that email, he sent photos of the little girl and told me a little bit about her. He made sure I was not just settling for the second snake and really seemed genuine in wanting to confirm I liked her equally or more. She was PERFECT.
Throughout the whole transaction, Josh gave me so much guidance, and it was obvious that he has a passion for Ball Pythons. We spoke through email and by phone multiple times prior to the transaction and after, and he always provided more information than ever asked of him. He is also a super nice guy and very personable. I would definitely recommend doing business with Josh and would willingly buy a snake from him again in the future!
