Joe is the owner. I had quite a few problems with them before; dead animals, unhealthy animals, double charging my checking account. Joe, the owner dodged me for days but finally refunded my money. I swore them off but was stupid enough to fall for a good looking price list and the promise of $100 off and an apology.
This is the most incompetent organization I have ever seen.
Here's my story. It would be sort of funny if it were not true.
Chapter 1:
I ordered a drop shipment of chameleons. Was told they had them and that they were nice. The day my customer was supposed to get them, Joe says he's sorry but could not ship any. Didn't have any. My fault here for trying the drop.
Chapter 2:
I ordered $1300 FOR MYSELF. 2 boxes were shipped and only one tracking number sent. I called UPS here and in Orlando. They are sure only one box was dropped off. Joe tells me two boxes were sent but Amy boxed them. I called Amy, she said Dennis boxed them. I called Dennis the next day and he said he just does the pre-boxing and that Joe boxed them...get the picture.
Joe moans about how he is eating the loss but will send replacement for $579 not what was owed to me. I am disgusted and just don't care anymore so I accept. I call Dennis again and ask him what's going on, he puts Joe on the phone and he says I am living in the past and it doesn't matter who boxed my shipments.
Chapter 3:
I get the replacement stuff and all is good except the black rough neck shows up dead.
ANYONE THAT ORDERS FROM THIS COMPANY DESERVES WHAT YOU GET. THEY ARE MORONS, NOT CRIMINALS. Which is worse?
