Well figuring where you are from
ill excuse your you IGNORANCE to the fact that you have the poorest people skills available to a human being .I'll also excuse the fact that if the way you respond here to people in the reptile community is any shadowing of how you treat walk in customers in your shop i feel sorry for the people that spend money in your shop. Do you also talk to all of them the way you speak to ones here ? Maybe you need to do two things grab a websters and look up the meaning of Slander ... or have that lawyer/attorney you have explain it to you.

The act of presenting such material to the public.
The written claims presented by a plaintiff in an action at admiralty law or to an ecclesiastical court.
Now i have seen neither of those two things happen here from Rob .
Now there was a remark from the person you challenged to come to your shop but if any of the items stated were found then it would be FACT and not Libel OR slander .

Now since i am neither of these i think it would be fair to say you have no idea of what you stated . You see i have a Cabinet & Remodeling Buisness , i dont have a basement i have a 40 x 60 shop in which i produce the cabinets in , I am also certified by NKBA for custom kitchen & bath design , as well the time i spend here 12-14 hrs a day are contributed to doing take offs on homes valued at $250k+ for there cabinetry.. So next time you go making uneducated ASSumptions please have some idea of what and who you make them of .
Now as i stated in my other thread Rob did not slander you so tell your lawyers/attornies that .
