Insofar as my part of this issue is concerned, this matter has now concluded. I don’t believe I have anything more to explain or contribute. Also, my thanks goes out to everyone for keeping an unpopular issue, civil.

I know you to be a real person, and a good person.

That doesn't mean I would ever make the assumption that "Jen" on another forum was you. Anyone want to take bets on how many people with the first name Jen, Jenny, Jennifer, etc are registered on this forum alone?

Furthermore, Randy May did not know you or your relationship as a real customer of Alan Hall's. He had no reason to consider contacting someone who he didn't know existed, obviously.


What Randy May knew was that he had banned Alan Hall and Alan had already refused to respect the ban by creating aliases to continue promoting his product.

Randy May had every reason to check the IP of "jen" on his forum. And it turned out "jen" was Alan Hall.

Now not only did Alan Hall post as "jen" but Alan created a profile for "jen" that mimicked the real Jenn's profile here on Fauna. Alan assumed Jenn's identity (but failed to even spell her name right, Jenn not Jen...) in order to promote his product.

It doesn't matter how happy the real customer may be with the product, stealing a customer's identity to promote your product is bad business at a minimum....

No I have never done business with Alan, and I would have to admit that there is very little chance I ever will. You can read this and make up your own mind about what to think about it. He guys well i just woke up noy long ago lol and made a phonecall to Texas ....

I spoke with Jeff and asked how his lawsuit was panning out right now, he said that currently they are about to come up with a settlement in the lawsuit for about 1/2 of what he sued for .I asked him if he would be interested in having something that could possibly win him the full $175k in the lawsuit if i could provide him something that could verywell seal the lawsuit with the info that was found on ahidden forum on the faunasite.He asked what i might have and said he would have to talk to his lawyer first as they were in the process of a settlement and would call me back after talking to his lwyer.i explained to him that while some of it could be seen as little vague there was some posts regarding the fact that how they could get people that typed in a S by mistake . this really got his attention and he said now that is more like a smoking gun then something vague cause that is why he filed the lawsuit . so right now im waiting for him to get back with me and then im going to dicuss what is in it for me lol cause i know right now that he is planning on settling for less then the $175k and i think if i could get him that full amount it might be worth something right ? i mean even if it gets him $5-$10-$50k morethen they plan to settle on .... i think thats would be worth something lol if nothing else even a the fact that he could win the 175k would be fact enough to me IMO to give someone something esp since a settlement like that could more then likely cause rich to have to shut down fauna if he looses this lawsuit and esp if its for the full 175K or more . anyways attached is the copypaste in MS word of the info that was most juicy on the kingsnakes.com info and then there is some info on when KS started banning rich's sites . let me know what ya think guys .

By dragging this out of the archives and posting it up front shows that what Alan had to say about her is the truth. She comes out of no where takes a shot and runs. When the tide of effort goes against her she comes on as all peaceful. Since this is about Alan on the BOI then lets make this good.

Alan is a stand up guy, who builds great cages. He stands behind what he sells in both cages and animals. He does more for the good will of this industry than a 1000 Lucilles will ever do. His customer service is excellent and just a good guy all around.

So with that being said lets go to the next point for the guys who want to kiss her ass. How many animals does Lucille own, how many transactions has she completed? Who on this forum can come up and say that they have done business with her? Not just a single shing but we are talking business here?

As near as I know she didnt have anything to do with reptiles when she started, and she somehow got inside and convinced Rich that "hits" and "dollar signs" are more important that the truth of the BOI.

Its the ones who have been banned or no longer participate due to people like Lucille that built this forum to what it is. I am "straight up" and speak my mind without having to act as such, yet I have never had you come and voice your support. People you know what is going to be the downfall of fauna, IMHO? It's not charging to participate, it's not having to many rules, it's not discontinuing charging, and relaxing the rules. It's going to be letting Lucille do crap like this, and then giving points, or banning people when they say something, because they get tired of her constant whining about stuff that happened a year ago. Or her constant pasting or quoting of someone else, just to say "I agree with this". Look at the thread involving the gecko people, she has 4 or 5 posts where she just copied someone Else's attack against Kelli, Marcia, or someone else, and said "right on".....to paraphrase. Not an original thought in any of them. Now everybody copies someone's post and says, I agree or whatever, but it's infrequent, or at least has something added. I've done it myself, and said "I agree with your post, but couldn't give you karma, so I thought I'd let you know what I agree with", but not 4 or 5 times in a single thread.

Look at all the threads were she starts some crap then disappears, until she knows it's safe to come back, because the thread caught Rich's attention, then she's back, and starts piling on, knowing nobody can say anything because they will get points or banned. Reminds me of one of those little dogs that constantly barks, until you go "boo!" then it runs off yelping, until the owner walks out then it's a tough guy again. Come to think of it I wonder if that was the same reason someone made a similar reference a year ago, for which she was still recently saying it mortally wounded her?

Seriously, at least I can understand when Rich gives his reasons for trying this out, or that....different methods to try and see what works best, but this unconditional standing up for Lucille no matter what she does, by Rich and some of the good guys, I just don't understand, especially when I'm not the only one (by far) who feels this way.

So, you are saying that because it was directed at Lucille, his language and behavior is perfectly acceptable?

I don't care WHO his rant was directed at, it's totally inappropriate and inexcuseable in my book.
