John's post had nothing to do with anyone's rant. It was simply his feelings, as well as many others, about Lucille. Not Alan, not Alan's rant.... just Lucille and her negative impact on this site as a whole.

I don't care WHO his rant was directed at, it's totally inappropriate and inexcuseable in my book.

I don't condone that kind of language. I rarely cuss in real life, and therefore am the same way on the anonymous net, my 1000+ posts will verify that. Take my post as a whole, as it is written, and reads. I'm talking about the overall history and goings on, as it relates to my topic at hand and fauna.

I agree. This thread is about Alan, not Lucille. Evryone involved, please feel free to go start a thread in the feedback forum if you all feel the need to discuss Lucille and her involvement/impact on Fauna. That would be a place better suited for it.

Today, in a thread about Greg Holland, resurrected by Rich based on an exchange between Greg and Rich, and in accordance with a new means of dealing with folks deemed to have gone too far by Rich, Alan decides to make a very profane post about Lucille. Makes sense to me !

Now, in this thread about Alan, where Lucille posted communications by Alan (of all the places to put Alan's words, in a thread about Alan. What was she thinking ), we see criticisms for the act and are told Lucille was wrong, Alan is a stand-up guy, etc. (I don't know, BTW, although this same thread talks about his creation of internet alias' so as to say nice things about himself). How tidy, to think that one can come to a public forum like Fauna, unload a salvo as Alan did about Lucille in a thread about Greg, and then have others amazed that Lucille may want to respond with a bit of contempt herself !! Kudos Lucille, for IMO you showed more restraint than many here would have.

So back to the point anyone who would like to call Jeff B askem what he got from alan hall about the fauna fiasco .. he wont remeber me , he didnt get aything ( he was already settling the lawsuit with the webslave ( hmm interesting huh Rich give in to something he was so wronged on ?? i dont think so that dress is off white or black not white people tonight ill show yall somthing ...

There is a spell check provided here for individuals with the lack of writing skills and inability to spell correctly that you obviously possess. You would be well advised to use this tool to prevent future embarrassments such as your last post. Unless you really want to remove any doubts?

Actually I have no need for the spell check seeing as I acquired the basic writing and spelling skills provided in grammar school (hence the name). It is unfortunate that you were not able or incapable to obtain the same.

It was a great transaction, shipped quickly and packed excellent. It was an auction and there was a typo on the price and I won the auction and even though the price was a good $30+ less than it should have been he stood by the price he posted. Yeah, that's unethical and makes him a bad guy, yeah. DISCLAIMER: The last sentence is extreme sarcasm.

I'm glad your transaction went well, Karen. It's very likely that Alan has some very nice cages.

However, the nice thing about buying cages is that there are a lot of choices out there, and I can choose not to do business with someone who behaves in this manner. I can stop and think, gee.....if I have a problem with one of his cages, is he going to yell and swear at me, call me names, and throw a flaming hissy fit because I complain? Well.....he might and he might not. We'll never know, because I won't do business with someone like that.

The difference here is I got what I ordered and it is EXACTLY what I ordered packaged relly well and shipped quickly.

Since you post in every BOI thread no matter whose it is, why don't you find some actual customers of Alan's who had bad business transactions with him and have them post their bad experiences. That would be a novel idea and actually shed some light on how the man does business. But making things up to try to hurt someone's business is really lame and grasping at straws and very lemming-like.

Maybe people should hit your BOI thread as well. That would be interesting.

The BOI certainly has taken on a new tone. Anyone can post any opinion about any seller they want even though they have never done business with the person. Wow, what a great tool, the BOI . . . NOT any more.
