Jodi this isn't really pertaining to the thread, but I thought I would just say it anyways... You have some pretty skinny geckos up for sale on your site.. Especially the Ghost male for $300. Kinda worries me that your selling things skinny like that... Not much of the geckos on your site look to be at adequate weight, alot of them seem smaller/skinnier than what they should be.. Just thought I would bring it to your attention... -RZ

Jon,Those geckos are 6-9 weeks old in the pics,they are 100% perfect.I have sold many leos and all of the buyers are very happy with the geckos i have sold.

There's no reason anybody should have there gecko that skinny, although it could be alot worse..Hope he has gained alot of weight... -RZ

I don't know Jodi, can't say as I have ever spoken to him or exchanged any e-mails, but Jon, your comment above was out of line.

I don't know you, or what your experience level is in breeding geckos. What I do know, based on my own experience, is that at 6-9 weeks all geckos look pretty skinny. At that age they are still growing length wise and have that "gangly" look, they are using the food they take in to grow, their body is unable to store much fat. Also, it looks like the gecko in question was photographed at a bad angle which also may be contributing to your assessment that it is "too skinny".

Ok this thread is a month old but need to put my 1.5 cents in!!! I personally have ordered from Jodi and the leos were subpar to say the least... They were all dead on arrival becasue he did not put a cool pack in the box in 95 degree weather... Also if the animals had made it they woudl have been returned because they were SUPER SKINNY!!!!!! Just like Reptile zone said!!!!
