Anthony is unable to sex a snake.
And Anthony said if its a female he will trade .
Justin knew it was a male , he was trying to sell them same one for weeks. He had it on fauna also . So he knew the sex and did not tell Anthony the truth. So it wasn't an "as is" sale Justin knew the sex and just plain lied if he said he didn't know the sex .

Can you really not see how shady Justin is ? It's pretty clear .

Read the whole thing, addressed the simpliest issue, and the rest will fall in place.

I am quite able to make my own determinations on who and who is not shady.

I have a hard time believing that you bought a mojo without knowing the sex .
I always disclose the sex of a snake to any one first its like its part of there name .
Like, I have a male mojo for sale or a female fire , there sex always comes before the morphs name. And all the breeders I know do the same .
Who did you get the mojave from.?
"Your friend the breeder" ? A breeder who doesn't sex there snakes ?
This breeder have a name?

Ok for all you saying that I got what I paid for here is a Facebook link to a video of the Mojave being popped. Please go back to my original post and view the pictures of the Mojave. I can tell there are ppl that are post on this thread that have not read it ALL. I'm Paralyzed I have NO hand movement at all. My wife TRIED to pop the Mojave but anyone that knows anything about Ball Pythons knows that a ball is harder to pop when they are harder to pop after they have gained several hundred grams.
Also to answer another fauna members question. Yes Justin advertised the Mojave as a FEMALE, Spoke from his own mouth that it was a FEMALE & said it was also checked by another breeder as a FEMALE.
I have posted pictures now of the Mojo on this thread, I've posted a link to a Facebook video of the Mojave being popped with clearly visable hemipenes. Some of you are taking up for this kid and it is like some of you want to flip this Bad Guy deal onto the wrong party. I'm not even asking for him to make it right now. I'm just wanting to WARN others that he is a Dishonest animal flipper. He is not a BREEDER. I am a breeder with an excellent reputation and sell/trade very nice Royals with the best in this Industry. I would figure that if I did not have a Good Name that breeders like BRBreptiles, Gulf Coast Reptiles, Texas Reptile Exchange, BHBreptiles (my wife & I are in 1 of his Youtube videos), Outback Reptiles, Bob Pitt, Tracy & Dave Barker of VPI, Wes Harris Reptiles, Bob Clark Reptiles, Constrictors Unlimited, New Shed Serpents, ect and I can go on & on, would not deal with me (us). We have spent 10's of thousands of dollars building our business and name over the past 5 to 6 years. I have never sold a Bad animal and I have only had 1 trade that was not what it was supposed to be. That IS the Mojave in question and I have already taken care of that deal Immidiatly after finding out that the animals was a Male and NOT a Female.
Now you have all been warned by me.
Anthony "Brent" Sheets of Reptiles By Design and several other on this thread that Justin Zimdars is a Bad Guy as far as the reptile community is concerned.

I sex every one of my snakes and always have a 100% sex guarantee.

I think everyone is missing the point here . Point is Justin is shady lier,who runs his mouth way to much. It's kinda funny that he has not ran his mouth on this thread like the ones on FB and in personal messages..

By the way Robert had nothing to do with the Mojave deal. And you people are now harrassing him on hear after saying you have read the entire thread. It was my wife that TRIED to pop the Mojave and was unsuccessful so Justin Zimdars was taken at his word. How many of you go to expos and pop the animals you buy everytime you by an animal? I have purchased many animals by taking the persons word and not checking the sex by popping them.

I just read the message to Justin about helping me remember if we probed the Mojave and it was NOT his snake that my wife probed. It was a Mojave female that I recieved from Daniel Sanders that was probed as a female. I produce and sell/trade animals to alot of people and even the Best memmory can not remember every detail of every transaction. It is funny how Justin has been saying all along that I popped it and that my wife popped it. He has swore that we POPPED IT. now he has posted a message that I sent him asking him to help me (us) remember. It is awefully funny that he knew it was a male that I got rid of the Randy and not a female. You mods/admins say show evedince and you all will use logic in deciding the outcome of this thread. Wheres the logic here? How many people have to post that Justin is not a Good Guy before it is taken seriously.
As far as anyone not wanting to buy any animals from me that have posted or read on this thread that is fine with me. I have not had your bussiness and I do not need your business. I have more people wanting to purchase or trade for the animals that we produce then we can handle as it is. I'd like to give a shout out to all of our many, many friends and business aassociates in this industry. I will send some links so you all can see this BOI crook of bull. People on here judge people that they have NEVER delt with and do not judge using all the facts. The fact of this entire thread is that Justin Zimdars is not a Good Guy to the (all of our) industry. Well, yea, that's kind of what this place is here for. Most of us don't know any of you so we form our opinions by the evidence provided and how you conduct yourself. The biggest piece of evidence in your situation in my eyes is that you said your wife probed the snake as a female. Crying about how mean the people of the BOI are doesn't help much either.

Other than that, I would put both parties on a do not buy from list ... I think this could have been handled a lot more professionally.
And age really is not a factor, I'm 18 as well ... and I can handle doing business without losing my cool or insulting someone.

Bobby, I know what the BOI is for. I have not cryed at all, but I have warned you and everyone else about Justin being shady & dishonest. I have not conducted myself in any manner unbecomming to a proffessional. You want to try to get smart with me on a thread that does not even pertain to you. Now reread the entire post where Justin says I popped it & so did my wife & supposedly someone else popped it. The Mojo was NEEEEEVER probed. It was tried to be popped by my wife. The only Mojave my wife probed was the Mojave that we recieved from Daniel Sanders.
I feel like I'm running in circles on here for being an honest contributor to a post about Justin Z being a bad guy. I'm already tired of this thread a honestly I'm tired of you and your opinion on this matter.
I must ask why do YOU keep taking sides with the wrong doer here? I was told that there were no sides taken here at the BOI. It appears that is not the total truth because you r clearly siding with the person that is the SCAMMER. This place cracks me up..lol How many animals do you breed or sell? Kiki, I use a typing stick that I use to type with by holding it in my mouth. Would you like a picture? I also work for a marketing firm via online using my phones headset and typing with the mouthstick device. the company is called westathome they are out of Omaha Nebraska founded in 1986 and they handle 90% of the fortune 1000 companies. I do have limited arm movement. my neck muscles, biceps and deltoids work as well as very limited wrist extensor muscle in my left wrist. I think he's telling the truth when he says he misremembered Jen sexing Daniel's snake for Jen sexing Justin's snake. I think Justin jumped with joy when he saw Brent saying Jen sexed his mojave in that message...then ran with it. Particularly after Randy had already claimed Justin's Mojave had an RI (see Gilkerson's BOI). I think that due to everything else we've encountered with Justin on those boards. Justin did try to sell that same snake several times over as a male for nearly two months before he made this deal under every single fake name he attempted to use in there. If nothing else, he has taught me a lesson about taking screen shots of everything myself. Live and learn.

I'm weary of both Justin and Randy. Can't trust either of them as far as you can throw them. Just too much alike. I wish I could see Randy's video myself.

Brent...I really wish you'd stop dealing with Randy too. I know you've made up your mind to give him more chances. You know I wish you the best of luck with him...at the same time remember...shreds, man. Shreds.

Here's a screen shot of the warning ticket you are trying to use as evidence in regard to Robert Childs. Nice try on the date adjustment attempt. Carbon copies don't work like that.
