Looking for a good owner to rehome as I go to college.

His name is Kai and he is perfectly healthy. Unfortunately I do not have the time or required space to maintain him.
He is target trained and can be handled with consistency. He’s very curious and a great eater! He is slightly bigger than the photos.
Selling Lizard with 50 gallon Tank and everything included for $710
(Heat/UVB Lamp, Reptile Water Filter, Bioactive substrate)
Fish currently live in the tank alongside Kai (the lizard).
If you would rather purchase the lizard separately and find a tank yourself, $400.
