Terms of Service:
Payment is through paypal. Shipping is through Fedex. I can ship via Fedex Overnight, 2-day, or 3-day (when temps are between 50 and 80). Overnight is $65, 2-day is $30, and 3-day is $15. All options include a Live Arrival Guarantee. LAG applies when temperatures are between 40-90 degrees at the time of arrival. If temperatures are below 50 or above 80, I will have the package held at the office for pickup (or you can request it otherwise). If the animal arrives dead, you must send me a photo within 3 hours. I will then send you either a full refund (including shipping), or you may request a replacement.
