You have lied though. You are not a vet or even close to being a vet. You have your location listed wrong so people don't know where you are. You could have changed your name in your profile easily. You continue to ignore the rules here. You know full name is needed. That means your current full name.

And to say that people shouldn't search you online is just silly. This is a business forum. People use it to research buyers and sellers. How can they do that without searching the internet for people. And the more technology advances, the more people use the internet for everything. Many future employers will search your name to see what comes up. The way you handle yourself online does matter. If you don't want to be searched, don't use the internet and maybe try to hide your identity. Otherwise, you're out there for everyone to see just like we all are.

I changed my located to Dallas as that is the major hub that we are near, because people like you have no time but to look into others' lives. If you make one of your own, you might not need to do that.

Good morning Rich? I believe he said your name was. I am a bit flustered and just got off the phone with my lawyer so I am hoping contacting you directly can end this. I created a BOI. After the 2 years I have had this account I have had nothing but great transactions, great feedback, reviews etc. This Lucille person has just gone a bit too far but to find me outside of fauna and post my personal information. I understand the permanency of the BOI's and I am sad to say that I did not see the rules posting before making a BOI so yes that did get messy. After going over your TOS with my lawyer he has agreed that there is a case here if my account is not to be deleted now that my personal information has gone to far. We read through the ENTIRE BOI I created and while he agrees I became a bit too mouthy and should of read the rules, no where does it state that I am allowed to be harassed or my company's reputation be 'quoted' and demeaned. I really do not want this to go any farther, but if I agree to never use this site again and I would be happy to give you my maiden as well as my married name to ensure that, that my account be permanently deleted.

There is no question in my mind that Sydney's own words show that she has issues with telling the truth and that reading this thread will be helpful to anyone that is planning on having any business transactions with her.

But I believe the warning about Kamo is relevant to those who are thinking of doing business with him.
Worrying about whether the thread is good for him is worry misplaced, as the thread seems to have been warranted. Apparently the count was short, feeders arrived dead, and all this in a shipment that was needed because the OP was going out of town.
She got a refund, but that is not what she needed, she needed feeders.
Whether or not Kamo has 'learned his lesson' will be seen from future BOI reports if anyone is willing to take a chance on buying feeders from him.

She's threatening with her lawyer to either be deleted or legal action will be brought? Seriously? As Lucille has said, if you post it on the internet it is PUBLIC, therefore Sydney has no basis.

Also, if you don't want people searching you online Sydney, then I suggest that you don't post anything online at all. Could save your butt in the future, since you've been lying about your "career." Anyone can search you online, including future employers. You have NO say-so in who can search for you. Guess you better get ready to tell anyone online that you're going to get a lawyer.

I stand by this completely. You are a complete fool Sydney. You do not treat a chameleon if it is healthy. Panicure is like giving them chemotherapy and it destroys their digestive tract. You don't know crap about chameleons, like you really don't. If a chameleon is eating great and healthy why would I go shoving medications down its throat??? so I can have it stop eating for a week and be sick?
