I have never posted anything on the BOI before, but I don't have anywhere else to go and I don't know what to do. I purchased 3 adult female ball pythons fropm Jason Hormann at KCRD on March 29th using paypal. My e-check cleared April first. I e-mailed Jason to ask when the girls would be shipped. He said one of his guys mis-sexed some of his snakes and he was out of females. He said to give him a couple of days and he would get more of equal quality and send them to me. He got them in and said he would ship them Monday (4-12) via UPS and they would arrive Tues. I replied to his email saying okay and that I needed the tracking number so I could pick them up at the UPS office. He e-mailed me back saying that he forgot to get one but to call him if it was a problem. I called UPS and they told me I could not pick up without a tracking number, but I should wait till they attempted delivery and if I wasn't at home, to bring in the yellow attempt notice and I could get them that way. I waited all day, but no attemt was made to deliver. I called Jason 1 hr. before UPS closed to get the tracking number. He said he needed to make a "quick" call to get it and get right back to me. In short, I am still waiting for the call back. I have e-mailed him and tried calling him with no response. I am worried about the snakes more than anything. If they were indeed shipped, they sat in a storage facility all night and are there now without heat, fresh air, etc. and there is nothing I can do about it. I am not saying Jason is a bad guy...yet. I am just wanting this to be resolved quickly for the sake of the animals involved. Advise would be greatly appreciated right about now. Sorry for the long post.
