    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Karma power adjustment?

My suggestion would be to try and keep from changing things around all the time, it makes it confusing.

Um, that's the way we DID all start out, whenever we joined up. I'm thinking it's been reset at least one other time since I joined up too, but I could be mistaken on that one. Unless you expect it to get reset every time a new member joins to keep it fair to them, lol.

Cheryl...I didn't look at your membership level before replying (or look to see if mine was still there duh), but I know something was said about members who weren't at a certain level no longer being able to see it, I don't know if that's why you don't see it on yours?

Could be a membership level thing I suppose. It's not all that important to me which is why I didn't complain~ but it's been gone for a long time now I think. I thought the Karma thing had been gotten rid of completely when I noticed it missing until I saw these posts.

Cheryl - I'm thinking that you may have missed that everybody's karma was zeroed out not too long ago (note the low numbers in the top 10 at the bottom of the index page). If I am correct, you aren't seeing anything in that section because you haven't been given karma since that happened...which I have now remedied - nice job on the barn, btw :thumbsup:
 
Ohhhhhhhhhh.........duh, I see now. If she hadn't been given karma since it was zeroed out, nothing would show......
