Wow, where to start.
I first contacted Kassandra on Sunday about a snake she had for sale on her website. She was very friendly and willing to work with me on the price.
I sent payment that same day, and was pleasantly surprised when she told me she would ship on Monday for Tuesday arrival. I received my tracking number promptly on Monday afternoon.
The snake arrived this morning. He was well packed in a nice snake bag with better than average insulating material. Along with him came a hand-written letter from Kassandra, and a clutch photograph showing the snake I had purchased. Little touches like that really make a difference in the buying experience.
After taking a few photographs and getting him settled into a quarantine bin, I began looking at the pictures and realized that the snake I had received was different from the picture I had seen on the website.
I contacted Kassandra, and after some talking we realized how the mistake had happened. And honestly, a large part of it was my fault.
Despite that, she very generously offered a full refund with shipping, or a partial refund if I wanted to keep him. I decided to keep him. I am beyond impressed with her customer service, and very happy to own a snake from such stellar folks.
