    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

I recently picked up a few animals from Keith. A small error was made while packing my animals up for shipping. As soon as I brought it to Keith's attention he went above and beyond to make the situation right. Every animal was healthy and in great condition.

We all make mistakes from time to time, the difference between the Good Guys and the Bad Guys is whether or not the individual can rise to the occasion and stand by the sale. Keith delivered superior customer service and professionalism and I intend to buy from him in the future.
