Nov 12- I contacted Keith about the details and cost of the 3 stack 4'x2'x2' enclosure I was interested in.
Jan 18- I decided to place my order since I had the money so we takes details and whatnot.
Feb 5- We settled on the final details and he let me know how many people were ahead of me. He sent me an invoice and I sent my deposit.
Mar. 10 He let me know he was almost done with the enclosure before mine.
March 20- He let me know he was starting on my enclosure!
Keith sent me pictures every step of the way. He made sure I liked the cuts of wood, the fixtures and their placement, the color of the finish, etc. He was always available to answer any question I had. I paid for delivery so when it was finished we set up a date.
Today, April 3 he delivered my cage and got it all set up. My experience with him could not have gone any smoother. I highly recommend him to anyone. I will definitely use him again!
