    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

l just had my second deal with Ken Davenport, Peace of the Tropics, located in Washington. The plants l purchased last year, in the tank he helped me to set up and maintain, are still thriving. The last deal we made was for more excellent Broms, a Black Velvet plant, and two ventrimaculatus dart frogs. Since he gave me such a good deal last time, l had some cork bark left over for this tank. On his advice l decided to convert my flat ten-gallon tank to a ten-gallon tall. He walked me through the process of adding another glass wall to the open side, told me where to buy the supplies, and even gave an accurate price estimate. With the order came a plastic hinge which was all l needed to complete the new tank. Even though there was a delay in shipping, and it is in the 10°s and 20°s here, one of the excellent conditioned frogs made it. The package was a day late, but that middle day, we worked out a deal in case neither survived the trip. An excellent herper, and an all around nice guy. Have no worries when building dart frog palaces after purchasing from Peace of the Tropics.
