    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Has anyone heard of this man? Heres the email I got from him.

"Hey there Chris, my name is Ken. You have an ad on kingsnake for an 04 Vivid female. Beautiful snake. Well this is going to sound like an odd request, but I am really interested in her and would like to purchase her. The problem is I just made a huge purchase that pretty much tapped my "spending on more snakes" fund. So I wonder if you would be willing to hold on to her for one week, for a nonrefundable deposit of say fifty bucks or so? I know, pathetic, but I have been looking for a female to go with my male for some time now, and I think I will be looking for a while longer if I miss out on this one. No problem if you don't feel comfortable or if you are in a hurry, I'll just try back in a week and see if you still have her. Thanks for your time, and let me know what you think. I can send you the deposit tonight.

Sure sounds like a nice guy. But with all the outta country folks contacting sellers it makes me alittle weary... I emailed him back telling him if he sent me a Postal MO I would hold them for him. But he had to call me.
So maybe I'm being over protective but ya never know.
So have any of you heard of him or dealt with him?

never heard of him, but if he's willing to send you a non-refundable deposit to hold it for a week, it sounds legit. take full payment before shipping anything and you should be fine.

I just had a very pleasant transaction with Ken. Smooth, clean and very professional. The animals arrived nicely packed and labelled. They where in good health and obviously well cared for. I would have no problem doing business with Ken in the future.
