Purchased some HET albino females about 2 years ago from a very nice broker who has nothing but GREAT things said about him on this forum.

He also was very nice in person.

I beleive the snakes were supposed to have come from a breeder named Kenny Gall.

I have no information on him, or have ever heard of him.  2 of the 3 females I purchased are doing very well, should be breedable soon to my MALE ALBINO.

So I am constantly wondering and hoping that they are TRUE HETS.
 
Kenny Gall used to have Rainforest Rarities. Casey thinks he has gone on to other pursuits,like bounty hunting. We made a purchase from him and had no complaints at all (rainbow boa). Casey used to look at his website and he had some very nice boa morphs available, albinos etc.  He sold quite a few double het for snow boas at very reasonable prices, but there was some question as to whether or not his anerythristic female boa was actually an anery and not just a dark boa (in the forum). We have a feeling that if the ball pythons you got were produced by Kenny Gall as het for albino, they are in fact het for albino. In our dealings with Kenny Gall we got the impression he was an honest person.

Kenny is a good guy. I bought an awsome Adult Green Tree python from him and he met me half way from my house to his at a gas station in the middle of no where. <img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'> If you bought your hets from Gary and he got them from Kenny then don't worry you have real hets.

I completly understand your concern as "hets" can be a scary ordeal.   The good news for you is that although I did not produce the animals, having received my written guarantee, you know I back the animals up 100% with a full refund.   True, I know, if the animals were not proven to be hets, (God Forbid &#33<img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'> you would have wasted a lot of time in raising them up, but at least you won't be out any cash.

I feel confident you'll be producing Albinos from those females in the near future,  and I'm looking forward to purchasing some from you.   Also, I know Kenny Gall has vanished, but I can assure you, I'm not going anywhere.  (I admit it, I'm a reptile addict and could not escape if I wanted to)

Kenny is a Bounty Hunter from Virginia.... it's very possible that for the last year, he's been deep undercover as a 17 year old cheerleader going after the Principal! He's very convincing, too! He graduated with HONORS! roflmao

Serously.... In the business he's in.... there is no way that he would even have to try anything underhanded.... it's ridiculous to even think that! I've spoke to him a bunch of times, and I would trust anything he told me (within reason, that is)....  
As far as Gary goes.... well, other than having one of the BEST reputations around, he's also pretty cool to talk to! At least, I think I've spoke to him? lmao
Damon.... when you're dealing with those two.... you have absolutely NOTHING to worry about! Go take a Midol and relax! You'll have Albinos before you know it!

If you got anything from Kenny Gall that was het I would bet 10 to 1 odds that they are normal. He is a con artist and it's a good thing he's gone. If you do some searches on him on the old BOI you will find stories not so reassurring about him. Just because he's nice on the phone doesn't mean he didn't screw people. Joshua Myers was nice on the phone too. <img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'>

Thanx Gary, I have been investing so much time trying to get them up to size, so I can breed them..

2 of them really took off and are doing so good for me.   I am so excited as this will be my FIRST time ever breeding ball pythons.
 
I will make a long story somewhat short. I bought an anerythristic rainnbow from Kenny. When I got it not only was it NOT an anery it could not eat a day old pinkie. It would try every time but couldn't swallow them. I sent the snake back for a credit. The snake died two days after he got it back. I bought with my credit a $900 pair of chondros and when I got the box it had a normal rainbow boa baby and a letter saying he decided to replace my rainbow instead of sending the GTP's. Then he refused all forms of communication. So I got a $900 normal rainbow boa that wouldn't eat and died within two weeks. When I filed my complaint with Kingsnake I was informed by someone that he already had two strikes against him and his website disappeared shortly after.

I just probably got lucky. One of my favorite ball pythons came from Kenny Gall as baby. Shortly thereafter he dissappeared from the market.

Had a little run-in with Mr. Gall myself...

The very first ball python I attempted to get (about a year ago) was from Kenny Gall (I just wanted a "pretty one," was that so hard to ask?)... I found a real nice looking male, contacted him, sent the check, and set to waiting... Wrote him telling him of the best days to ship the week after he'd received and deposited my check... Made an arrangement for a Thursday... Never came... Next week, Tuesday, never came.... Same week, Friday, never came... Week after that, Wednesday, never came... Some of the excuses were ridiculous, such as the time when he couldn't send because it was too cold in Spokane (Washington? Isn't he in VA? Or am I missing something here?).... Anywho, I wrote a lot of nasty-mails basically saying "send the snake, a FULL refund, or else" ("Or else"? Ok, so it was a bluff, but it worked)... After a month and a half of bellowing for answers (he stopped explaining or giving excuses for my questions after the 3rd week) I finally got a check back and an e-mail.... He was having a SALE on BPs and was wondering if I'd like one!!! I admittedly wrote a nasty-gram back saying that I'd have to regretfully decline his generous sale offer... (Oh, by the by... Did get my "first BP" from The Snake Hut, a male pos het - I don't care if he proves out, great animal, great pet)...

Since then I've had a few more odd and great reptile encounters; however, I hate having to regard the people I'm trying to do business with as "potential con?" or "whats this person trying to pull?"... Perhaps one day we'll be able to make some sort of tighter knit organization to keep people from pulling this stuff (like the registration/pedigrees of the AKC, UKC, ARBA, and other such organizations - makes fraud a traceable and punishable crime).

Anywho, thats my 2 pennies...

I was looking at some classifieds about three years ago and he had some dark, ugly, low red pueblans for sale.I called him and said I wanted them and that I would send a money order priority the next day.
I did as I said I would and about a week went by(remember I sent priority)without hearing a thing.
I called back there and he said he had recieved my money and he would be shipping the following week?
I was a little upset cause I sent it priority for no reason now.

Anyways,Two more weeks went by with nothing?I called again and he said he was sorry and had about five excuses.

I told him to please send the snakes or send my money back?

Three more weeks went by and I called him again?He said he accidently sold them at a show????????????????????????

I told him forget the whole thing and send my money back.He couldn't remember how much money it was so I told him it was $180.00 and he said fine he wouls end it right out.

About three weeks went by and I recieved a personal check from him for $140.00??????I guess he deducted for the five times I had to call him?I was so pissed I didn't even bother calling him on it it wasn't worth the headake.

I am very glad he is gone on to other things cause he is one less crook in my world.

Wow.....sounds like 2 entirely different people are being described here.

Does anyone have any insight as to why/when things starting going wrong with Mr. Gall's transactions?

I've been thinking about that as well... I mean gesh, I do have to admit that when I first contacted him he sounded real nice, and even after the nasty-grams he seemed to keep a level head......

However, the more I think about this the more my widdle mind twists to different odds and ends.... Such as if he did get all the way out then where did his racks go? I mean really?! If a person had all those snakes from dozens upon dozens of BPs, to anaconda hatchlings, boas, milks/colubrids, and GTPs shouldn't you have SOME sort of rack system(s) and/or large cages? And when one gets out of the business wouldn't you sell them off to make space for other things (as well as $$$)? I'm sure someone here would have heard of him having a major rack sale...... Unless he didn't have them, and only had giant tub tanks and what not for "smaller" species that a body can put together as youngsters. That would explain his inability to find "my" ball python (since at the time he had toms), but an easy ability to find ones bulls/rainbow boas/milks since he usually had a lot fewer of them... People could get the side corresponding with however easy it was for him to find the matching animal... ??? ...

Well.... Its a thought...

Where's Kenny Gall these days?

Kenny Gall, well he purchased a group of CH Ball Pythons that I never received payment for as promised. Later I saw him selling my CH Balls as hets on KS. I tried exposing him on the KS forums some 6 + years ago. The warning post I made wasn’t up very long being taken down but while it was up Kenny had a lot of people standing behind him like I was a liar.
So how much money did Kenny defraud his customers before disappearing and has the law ever caught up to him? :toiletcla

I am sure there is a reason you brought this old thread back up. I dont know who posted that he was a sheriff in fredrick county but that doesnt seem to be true. here are the last few sheriffs with the dates they were in office.

I have yet to miss any Hamburg Show; I had 5 others working my tables so more than likely you just didn't see me as I was walking around the show on & off.
Well there are other threads regarding Kenny Gall; this one is Kenny's thread alone and it hasn't been brought up in awhile. With all the other nice guys that come and go as bad guys here is another example. Search his name to read more. I heard he was a police officer way back then though I don't know that could be :icon_bs:
