I been doing alot of thinking and its me who needs to appoligize to the herp comunity I did go about stuff wrong and I am going to refund mikes money i am going to do that in the morning I am really a nice guy I just got into herps in the wrong state I guess but hey people make mistakes I have done 4 transaction that all went well and i am trying to make up for my wrongs just please i ask can you email me if you have comments or questions and not post anything that can be thought of as threats or say i am a cheat or stuff like that i messed up and i am attempting to make it right so please

If he has his money in his paypal account he **does not** have to wait 3-5 days to pay you directly with the funds from his paypal account to your paypal account. It does take 3-5 days to have the funds taken from his paypal account and then put directly into his own bank account. I do say if he does pay you with paypal, don't let it sit at all, immediately transfer it out...

So when can I expect a call with the Western Union control number? When you make the refund of $340.00, post it here. Show everyone you did as promised. Tell everyone the date and time and amount you sent, and call me with the control number.
When this is done, I will post that I recieved the control, and the amount of money and what date I got it.

He called Keith at www.ChameleonCounters.com about 1-2 weeks ago trying to purchase various morphs of diamondback rattlesnakes (albino, patternless, etc.). He was trying to get Keith to send some venomous snakes to California; Keith looked up the laws and said "NO WAY" unless you have all the proper permits. He then tried to tell Keith the laws changed, etc. I remembered the name from this posting and told Keith about it. Stay away from Kevin Peters, he is nothing but trouble!

**Kevin Peters Lies Again**

i once again tried to have dealings with mr. peters and he, once again, screwed me over! thankfully i havn't lost anything to him yet! here's the most recent deal that happened between he and i:
i recieved a call from ray hunter at exotic reptiles jungle and also from delta airlines stateing that i had a venomous snakes waiting for me at the airport. Kevin Peters had purchased the snake from ray hunter but ray hunter would not send the snake to california like kevin wanted it to be sent! Ray hunter was just aboding the law! kevin went ahead and payed for the snake (1 adult egyptian cobra) via paypal and had the snake send it my name to the airport here in texas. ( DFW airport ). kevin didn't tell me anything about this deal until the snake was already here waiting for me to get it! get this......he also sent the snake delta collect meaning that when i was to get to the airport, i was to also pay $52 for the shipping. i told kevin i didn't have time nor was i gonna go get his snake for free or was i gonna send it to california. i was gonna send it to oregon. kevin had mad arrangments to send me a venomoid black mamba and 1.1 jamesons mambas to me for my trouble! i was also gonna trade hima few things i had for the venomoid black mamba. he said the snake where sent but i couldn't get an airbill number out of him for nothin. i talked to his girlfriend and she said that he was in a police holding cell because he took one of his cobras to a vet (dumb move in california as that is a state where no exotic venomous is allowed.) i take it the vet called the police on him for that move! i still haven't heard from kevin after many attemps to reach him. i can assure you.......after kevin reads this he will email me or call me just like the last post i left on here, and feed me some kind of bull#### story or say he is very sorry for everything. kevin peters is a lier and a thief so i suggest every one stay clear from him. i have his real address which he told me not to give out to anyone and his home and cell number. his girfriend is a police officer there. i have already contacted dublin police department and the california fish and game director himself! if anyone is intrested in getting the address i have on him please email me at: [email protected]

that cobra he had sent to me has now been turned over to local zoo because i didn't want to have anything to do with kevin at all. i feel really bad for snake but i didn't wanna get involoved. i just wanted to let everybody know what the deal is. he also claimed to have gotten bite by a monocled cobra a few days ago but i have already gotten the real story behind that also so don't let him pull some kind of bullcrap story on you! to everybody that is owed money from kevin peters.......my suggestions:
contact the Dublin, Ca Police department, FBI, CA fish and game, or the secret service and show them this thread on this forum. make sure you have prrof of what he owes (reciepts, aibill numbers, etc.). the reason for this is because kevin has already said (i think he said) in this forum that he is the one who needs to appologize and he will be sending money to you. i think that was dirrected to micheal parkinson ( <--?). the statements kevin has made in this forum are enough to hang him on the charge of theft of good and/or payment. he stated before he would refund money and the only way he could get out of that is if he can provide dates and reciepts of payment back to who the payment was sent to. kevin "journey" is rounding it's final corner. i warned him not to mess with a texan but he didn't anyways.......3 times. we've got him now! is all it takes now is a little time! get a lawyer michael and prosecute his @$$.

I called the Dublin Police and they have no record of him being in custody, but suggested I try the Sheriff's Dept. They have no record, either.
Guess what.... His girlfriend is a perfect match for him. Wonder how well they get along?????
Anyway, the numbers I called are:
Dublin Police- 478.277.5023
Dublin Sheriiff- 478.272.1522 { this is also the county jail }
The reason for posting the numbers are to let Kevin know I am still working this and he knows, or can check, that these numbers are correct. I also noted that the jail is the same number as sheriff, so he cannot say he was in the jail, not the sheriff dept.
Ok, so he is a lying, swindling, cheat and his girlfriend is proving herself no better.

I told you on the phone that when you called the DNR saying I had the illegal animals you { never } sent they also brought in Child Protection Services. I told you how these people kept coming looking for these extremely dangerous animals were putting a strain on my marriage and was causing a divorce. That divorce became final last Tuesday. My wife could not take being hounded by Child Protection Services.

I am now divorced thanks to your lies. My wife and kids are gone. I am alone now and I have started a new manhunt, of my own kind. Make no mistake, I am NOT threatening violence or death to you.

Instead, I am out for everything you have ever thought about owning in your entire miserable existence. I am suing you for a much higher price. You stole my money. You ran my family off.

I also told you that I have had many heart attacks since this began. You have threatened to send "someone" to pay me " a visit". Send him now. Right now. You need to.

That was not a threat. It is a promise. Your threats of violence to rid you of me are in need.

You absolutely will pay for this and for the stunt of calling the DNR.

Secondly, I ask that you do not refer to being in the Military or any other Law Enforcement Agency. YOU OBVIOUSLY LACK ANY HONOR, RESPECT, OR DEVOTION TO DUTY.

If in fact he is in the Navy, you can find out his Parent Command and File a complaint. An investigation will be conducted. We (Military) fall under the UCMJ, a form of double justice, if you will. I seriously doubt that he is though. These types don't last long!!!
