• In case most of you have not noticed, I made changes to the donation amounts as well as the durations for all of the paid membership levels. Things are winding down here, and this seems to be the most prudent way to deal with the "end of life" period of this site.

    Contributor level members - $10 per 30 days
    Sponsors - Eliminated
    Benefactor level members - $25 per 30 days
    Endowment level members - $50 per 30 days

    On July 1, 2027, all paid memberships will be closed.

    On August 1, 2027, FaunaClassifieds will be terminated.

    Only change I expect that might take place is when I can get around to figuring out when the amount of money I would have to refund for the yearly paid memberships becomes less than the monthly expense of leasing my server, THAT date might be the termination date for the site.
  • Responding to email notices you receive.

    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Just purchased a 2012 female anery 66% possible het Kahl albino from Kevin DeBusk at SmokyMountainReptiles.com.
He was patient while we had a few issues sending payment. She shipped the same day we paid. He delivered her to the FedEx terminal later at night, so she wouldn't be sitting in the warehouse as long.
She arrived about fifteen minutes ago. Lots of tongue flicking, good muscle tone, tame enough to hold, inquisitive, active, no sign of mites or RI (though of course she's in quarantine just in case), and she's definitely the boa I ordered. Very nice.
I would have no qualms about recommending Kevin, based on my experience purchasing her.

All around, a fantastic experience. I'll post some pictures in a couple weeks, once she's become accustomed to her new home and had a chance to eat.
