    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

This is a boi post concerning Kevin Manning and my entire collection. I lived in Oregon was very close friends with Kevin Manning and Brenda Brown. I was struggling in my living situation and they (as friends) moved me down to California to stay in Brendas house. About a month later I came to Oregon to visit my family, leaving my belongings at Brendas with the idea that I was returning. Me and Brenda had a disagreement and plans for me to return were canceled.(Im choosing to keep that agreement personal as it doesn't pertain to this) Brenda agreed to ship my collection to me. Within a few days she said she couldn't deal with it at the moment and Kevin Manning who lived close by picked my collection up with the idea/promise of shipping them to me. My friend sent Kevin enough money to ship the animals out. Kevin returned the money. He has since refused saying I owe him and Brenda money(Brenda confirmed to me I owe her nothing), he has also stated that I'm crazy and unappreciative and there fore he doesn't need to give me my snakes back. Mike Adams who also lives close and is a mutual friend agreed to pick them up and ship them to me telling me he is on his way over to Kevin's house. He then told me that Kevin was leaving on a business trip and couldn't ship for 3 wks. I found out that was a lie he is/was at home. Over all there has been a lot of drama and mud slinging, threats, name calling. It doesn't matter how much they have decided they don't like me, they are my animals, my property and need to be returned. He has stated the only way I could get them is if I flew down there and picked them up myself, He knows I cant afford to that's the only reason he is hanging on to that. I feel quite hopeless, At this point I have nothing and I've lost my entire collection that I've worked extremely hard for and this man who was my friend says he is giving me a taste of my own medicine. Yes I've been very hurt and upset by all that has happened. This has been a roller coaster. I've been told multiple times they are being shipped only to hear another excuse of why they aren't. I did at one point tell him to fuck Off I don't care keep my things..But I was very upset and feel like this man is robbing me and there is nothing I can do. I obviously want my animals back, and back safely with me. I feel like he is trying to keep my animals. Its funny Kevin has been a big escalator in the "Christopher boas" issue and was quite upset about Chris taking mikes animals and now he has done it to me. Both him and mike told me if I take everything down and not post a boi they will return my animals. But yet they haven't returned my animals...again this is my entire collection!! Now he isn't responding to any of my texts he is going around telling people I'm this and that. Whatever my personal life holds has nothing to do with any of this and gives him no right to take my collection from me. I am trying to get on disablitiy I do have some issues that I struggle with I have a small collection and its very important to me. If Kevin gets on here I'm sure hell try and humiliate me, but regardless of what he says he cant just take my things.
I have a few texts..plus the proof of him being home the days him and mike adams said he was out of town and there fore they couldn't ship.

and then my most recent with kevin and some of the arrogant game playing, when I heard he went out of town and that is why my animals weren't shipped I heard that hed be gone for 3 wks and that mike wasn't the one taking care of kevins boas I got upset and worried for the safety of my animals as kevin has to open the door in the snake room to keep it from over heating everyday.








A mutual friend of mine has been talking to Kevin on fb about this matter and Facebook has a gps that shows Kevin has been in town the entire time Kevin and mike said he wasn't. I kinda feel like since Kevin has seen first hand how the Christopher boas thing is going down that he too can just keep my animals and get away with it. This was never a business deal gone wrong this was friend getting greedy and showing their true colors. He has no right no matter what kind of bad person he feels I am/was to take my things. Honesty and integrity is important in this hobby and he has shown he has none along with who ever else is enabling him or helping him. I don't have much but I do have my little collection I would like them back. Kevin knows me well, he knows Im emotional and he is hoping Ill walk away instead of fight this. But Im choosing to stand up to him and get back what belongs to me! facts are facts. The donated money for shipping cost is still available, Please return my animals to me.

My personal opinion. The snakes should have came here as you stated. I never said they could go to them. I had no say. Simple as that. It had been decided by parties other than myself. Then they could have been given and/or sold at your discretion
 
What needs to be done is the snakes need to be returned and then the parties that state you owe money need to take it to small claims. Holding a snake for ransom is theft any which way you look at it. I like Kevin and I like Brenda. I consider them friends and hold high respect for them. I do not agree with the steps they are taking. I also dont like being lied to.
And where is Sean's money? I have every single message from this ordeal. Answers need to be given.
 
Kenny you need to go back to so cal and all 4 of you need to talk civil. It shouldn't have to be this complicated

I tried so hard to be civil then it turned to a bunch of crap in the matter of seconds when ppl were sending wrong texts to me and I got a grasp for what he was about to do. Gotta make diner and such I'll be back in an hour or so
 
Oh I'll say what I think. The other 3 have contributed greatly to the hobby, but that is no reason to take their snakes. However, if you owe them money, either settle it with a snake or sell it and get cash
That simple. Kevin knows everyone knows who's snakes they are. In my mind, at this point, they would be of less value. It has been blown way out of proportion being the initial reason you didnt want to come home could have been resolved easily between you and Brenda without dragging in Kevin and Mike.
 
What it comes down to is he said, she said. The snakes need to be taken back to Brenda's, Kenny needs to go back to California and talk to Brenda alone. It's that simple. Bridges yes they have been burned and the fact of the matter is, this can't be patched up with a simple sorry now
 
Agreed fully. Mike and Brenda are not my problem here and Mike is the only one I owe gas money too, and he is the one trying hard to get my boas to send, and Brenda and I have nothing really to settle, all is well when it comes to money I owed her (Kevins story not Brenda's)

Mike is the only one down there I feel I can trust to get my animals back. So until Kevin let's him over there I dont know what's gonna happen to my boas
 
And as far as my opinion goes, if someone needs to talk to me or has an issue with what I have to say, you know where I am. I was thrown in the middle. So I'm absolutely going to be pissy. I really wish you guys would chime in. I don't want to be the only one calling the obvious. Everyone is wrong. There's only one real way to settle this. The BOI just makes people even more angry and its not going to resolve anything.
 
You and Kevin and Brenda all need to be in a conference call then and hash it out. If that doesn't work, find a way home. No one can fix this but the people involved, right?
 
Kevin included the others unfortunately. I have texts (above) with Brenda explaining she doesn't even know whats going on and mike too over the phone. Thru Kevins lies and me asking them about it got them involved
 
Kevin, I'm awaiting ur response honestly. I gave you ample time and such and even sent money, then on another time shortly after made two different arrangements, one happening, or thought it was. All I was is my boas back man. You kept egging me on and lying and such and now its time for you to be put up here and give me a real reason your not sending me my boas. Ur watching. Please respond. It should have to come to this when I thought you were my friend. Even if you respond "I'll send em Monday" or something this can be case closed.
