Looks like I am about to get screwed for recieving a dead animal... the seller promises are refund and then claims he promised no refund and directs me to take up m complaints with USPS..... I love this business..it's full of lots of pleasent people!
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I never promised you a refund, the USPS is resonsible for this problem, the form is for USPR reinbursement of lost or damaged
freight, or if you used a credit card, they will reinbuse you.

Sorry Kevin,
I am not interested in any other animals, this entire experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I am done buying imported animals from this day forward. The animal should be there in the next 30 minutes or so, I thought about sending it normal frieght but by the time it got there the smell would of alerted the carrier and potentially cause more problems. Please refund my cash as promised as soon as the animal arrives... a FULL REFUND Today!
what is this claim form for? What was the insured value of the package?

Charles the USPS shipping has been refunded, you should now go to the USPS and request a domestic claim form, fill out part B, and have them sign it, send it to me at 1047 Hicksville Road, Seaford , New York. 11783. I will file it and return the amount covered to you. They are responsible for not getting your animal to you. I asked you to send the animal back I did not say to overnight it.I will give you the shipping cost when I recieve it. If
you want I have only 2 animals left, I am willing to give you one for $300 shipping included, but that is the best I can do.
Thanks
Kevin

I
asked that the animal be shipped via Fedex to avoid this

even UPS or Airborne would have been better then the USPS.
Who

I

Well Kevin,
The snake hasn't arrived yet...I think you should call
USPS
and
start
complaining . If it is guarenteed by 3PM and it doesn't
arrive
they
are
supposed to refund the shipping costs. All we can do
now
is
pray
that
the
animal doesn't have to sit in some holding facility all
weekend....
the
odds
of him making it through that are slim.

how long do you think animals are in route when they are
imported.If
the
animal shows up late tonight or tomorrow, and you do not open
it,
and
send
it back to New York, I will not refund your money. Open it
and
see
how
it
is.

The animal never arrived, tracking your package returns no
usefull
info.
I
asked that the animal be shipped via Fedex to avoid this
type
of
situation,
even UPS or Airborne would have been better then the USPS.
Who
knows
where
it is now! I would like a full refund! If the package ever
arrives
I
will
not sign for it and it will be returned to you. I don't
want
an
animal
that's been in shipping for over 48 hours. Please issue a
refund.

Call your local post office, and see if it is there first.
If

Well Kevin,
The snake hasn't arrived yet...I think you should call
USPS
and
start
complaining . If it is guarenteed by 3PM and it doesn't
arrive
they
are
supposed to refund the shipping costs. All we can do
now
is
pray
that
the
animal doesn't have to sit in some holding facility all
weekend....
the
odds
of him making it through that are slim.
