My boyfriend Phillip Nance (shakeandbake is his name on here) recently got some normal ball pythons (one breeder size male, a little over a yearling male-I believe, and a yearling female) from Mr. Hoffman on Election Day. There was no problems on the sellers behalf-all the problems solely rests on FedEx (for which I cussed them out). Before we agreed to get the snakes from Mr. Hoffman, I searched the BOI on here and found nothing on him, so I decided to start a thread about my experience. The transaction went smoothly and despite FedEx being illiterate morons they arrived in good condition. The breeder size male has a little retained shed, but that can easily be corrected. They were a little cold because FedEx delivered them to the wrong house (again no fault on the seller because the address was written clearly on the label, they had heat packs, were in styrofoam box in another box, each snake in a bag, and newspaper stuffed in it to cut down on movement) and we didn't actually find out who had them until about 6-7 hours later. They have yet to eat, but I imagine the local FedEx traumatized them with their ignorance and they are just trying to adjust and warm up now. Again, very pleased with the snakes as of yet and my boyfriend said the communication was good and this was our first and last time of getting a snake shipped because of the mail around here. We will probably be going to shows from now on because FedEx was the last mailing company to prove they are morons around here. Again-I never actually e-mailed Mr. Hoffman or made the agreement, but I was there the whole day waiting for them, unpacking them, and inspecting them. I will give an update when the snakes have eaten, but we already had one prior to getting these that quits eating in the winter and another that gobbles them down during this time one year and then quits the next-so who knows, really
