I've had enough of this nonsense!!
First off, I have been involved with ordeal for quite a while now and I consider Greg to be one of the true good guys in this industry. With that said, I will post a few emails that I have been sitting on for a while that may shed some light on this subject. They will be posted in order to show the truth of how I was involved in helping Greg by talking via email to Alan Hall. Grab some coffee and enjoy.

On this topic i was talking to her yesterday. She had told me that you had a
lady near her or something that was suppose to contact her about picking up
the snake/s and that the lady has been back in contact w her on this ? I

we actually got on the topic because she was telling me of her deal with
Neil G. she had cheked her CC statement and saw he had billed her 2xs for
the amount of $550.00 causing her account to go into overraft or something
she called him and he told her that it was " due to the hurricanes" that it
was billed twice lol a little far fetched if you ask me he was paid at the
time i posted the info on the BOI as i personally give him her CC info to
process the payment to him so im not sure how a hurricane effected the
payment but as yet she has yet to be reinbursed on that aspect . but thats
what brought up the topic of your snake and she said that you had told her
of a lady that was near her or something that would pick up the snake and
she heither had heard from her once or hadent heard from her since ( i
cant really remeber that part sorry ) but said the snake/s is still there
and she is simply waiting for the person to contact her to get the snake/s
from you . As i said in the morning i normally see her on and i will let her
know i spoke to you on this . Thats all i can do if i was in CA i would
personally pick them up and ship them to you myself but im on the east
coast so lil i can do in that aspect of it . i will let ya know what she
says on this .

Hi Alan, I am a friend of Greg's that has been talking to Kim on line for about 6 weeks. Greg just asked me to contact you and let you know that Kim and I have spoken more than once. I know that her mother is in Europe and that she has received a Doberman form Minnesota (I think) I am unsure of your relationship to her or your knowledge of the Peruvian breeding project, I'm just stuck in the middle of a woman that I don't know and a good friend that I've done a fair amount of business with. As I told Greg last night in the email Kim & I do talk on AIM east coast west coast means it isn't all the time per her online time.She and I were talking on Monday about the things going on with each of us and she had informed me of a dbl charge by Neil cubits aka Tampa snake pit of $1100 when it was suppose to be $550 then she also told me that she and Greg's person now known as you had talked and that on a Friday a arrangement was made to pick up the snakes. and that she wasn't able to be there due to school and her kid . She has told me she DOES want to settle this and get the snakes out of her care as Greg has requested. she is basically tired of feeding housing them for this long with no reimbursement as it has cost her to do so and she wasn't to fond of the fact of Greg's attitude over the situation . now as I have stated to Greg IMHO Kim is someone who wouldn't screw him or anyone over as I have done a rather $$$ breeding with her a few yrs ago with her only knowing me online for a few months and she sent me several thousands of dollars in snake to breed to mine here . that alone to spoke volumes to her character as to her trustworthiness. I did speak to her last night about Greg's email and she did inform me that due to Greg's attitude towards her on this and way of talking to her she asked him not to email / im her on this . all I can really say and not wanting to be caught in the middle of all of this as I have had not one part of this other then getting Greg the message his were safe and were wanting to be returned is that Kim does wantto remove them from her care so Greg can be at ease and get them back. she did make mention of the fact that she has cared for and fed the snakes throughout her care of them and Greg's attitude was basically who cares I want my snakes . as I said im not taking sides in the outcome but I am just standing by that Kim isn't trying to avoid you or him and does want the snakes gone so she can get this over and done with .
As to the other topics she did get some dobies and I know they are trained dogs in personal protection lol so most defiantly contact her before showing up there LOL
anyways feel free to email me for any thing you need for getting this resolved and I will be happy to do what I can to get Greg his snakes and you to pick them up or however it needs to go from here .

The reason that I mentioned the dog's is because I just lost my female companion of 7 years to diabetic shock, what a small world that we share the same love for the same breed. Greg had also written that Kim had only spoken to me once, I like Kim although I don't her well, I am or should say was good friends with Daniel and Wendy Wedeking and did multiple business deals with them, so we were all shocked by Kim's sudden disappearance, however not getting into the boa scene until 2 years ago I didn't really pay to much attention to all of the crap on the BOI. I met Greg in the early spring of this and have done multiple business dealings with him, we talk on the phone about once a month and email each other at least once a week or more. One thing that I don't understand is if the snakes were such a pain in the butt, why not just send them back instead of go through all of this bull**** on the BOI and else where??
I try not to pass judgment on any one, I have read bad things about Kim and you, I use my real name on the BOI and follow through on all of my business promises, I just want to help Greg and unburden Kim at the same time. I have sent her my home phone number several times and she has yet to call me. I also do not have an address to pick up the animals from I am free all the rest of this week and all day on Sunday, maybe you can help all of us?? Sorry for your loss of the dog i know the feeling i lost my police trained black lab to a drunk person who hit n killed her last july 4th she was my life next to my kid a true lost spot from that .

I have had one dealing with dan & wendy awsome ppl , as to kims situation i told greg when he first contatced me about this issue of the snakes and "assumed" she was a bad person for having not contacting him to get them back that with her situation at the time i myself would be not all worried about even my own snakes much less somone else if i had fallen and broke my back recovery would be my first worry

I have only spoke to greg a few times and were all in regards to his snakes and Kim having them i told him from jumpstreet and its well documented on the BOI that i felt in my heart kim had a reason for not contacting him over them , death of father broken back, ill mother and all of the things associated with that are ALOT to weigh on a person. as a 3rd person POV its easy to say well she could call me and say that she has them its not ALWAYS that easy as im sure you may know in situations somethings just take a back seat and may not take the priority that another person thinks it should. As to the pain in the but kim was not aware of all of the stuff posted on the BOI due to during all this time she had moved and was in recovery and offline so there fore wasnt aware of this after being made aware of it all thats when she became somewhat mad to the fact that greg took the position he did w/out knowing for sure ( assuming anything makes a ASS of U & me lol ) now i could say i to would also be worried in his shoes so thats understandable but yet has to be viewd with objective eyes untill proven otherwise to be a true thought .

With this i can say to my knowledge Kim has never had a bad deal or screwed anyone over that i know of that can be verified with hard proof. when i made her aware of the BOI when she came back online she was truely upset at the fact that she was called these things. she promptly paid Neil his money + interest in which he double charged her CC and blamed it on the hurricanes doing so lol suuuuuure ....
As to the post on the BOI inregards to me there is NOT one thing bad about me the post on the BOI/KS ordeal was as i stated simply talk between me and two others who were aware of what i found and were joking. I did own up to the email and could have easily said " no i didnt write that it was added by a third person" but i didnt. What i have on file in what Rich Z posted himself in the private forum he unlocked to me by his own mistake was not my fault but his... i had stood up for rich and spoken out numerous times on the dealing and dislikes of KS and how they handle things.Rich repeatedly denied he gianed that site
www.kingsnakes.com to be malicious. i helped him ALOT on copyright laws in the ICANN hearings because i beleived what he had preaced to the members of fauna. Well it was odd that he then changed the redirect to make it a forums but didnt think much of it untill i found the thread where he was gloating to his mods that he could hopefull divert people to fauna with the new domain name this is something he denied in public and said it was " to help a friend with a $ burden". I did contact Jeff B of KS and told him about this because i feel if rich would lie to everyone about that issue then what else would he ?lie and sweep under the rug to better himself. I openly asked him to open the forums for the member to read that thread and make there own INFORMED judgement on the issue which he very quickly stated he wouldnt do that ... something to hide of course there was. that post was made to try to make me out to be a monster and a "bad guy" but my recoed shows on the boards since the inception of them that i have never had one single sour deal or wronging of a person in a sale of anykind and never will have on i dont operate that way. i have actuall paid out of my own pocket to make deals go smooth and lost money to make sure the customer got what they wanted and paid for . Rich was also made aware of the "vendetta" dr owens had for me and they both denied that it was true and i was crying because i was wrong ... well from what i hear now dr owens is once again being accused of being impartial in his duties of a moderator by issuing points to ppl who dont agree with or he is friends with the person in question of the accusations .and yet has been proved to issue points to a few select ppl and then his friends that in the same thread same page did the same but yets refuses to issue them points fauna is on a downward spiral because of this reign of moderatr failur to be impartial. owens is making fauna as bad as the bob clark forums in his duties... if you dont agree with mods there or challenge there tactics you are jumped on harshly by all the mods and belittled or banned for haveing the guts to question something ...

I wrote pure sweet and innocent Kim Felts over two weeks ago regarding what her plan was to return my pair of adult Peruvian boas. In my e-mail I began with her letter to me written last August '04 which is just so much bull****. Read how sweet and innocent she came across and now tell me why over eight months later I STILL DON'T HAVE MY ANIMALS BACK!!!
