    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

(2. Neil Golli bought animals from Africa directly (has wire transfer reciepts to prove it), and Mike Cole bought animals from the same place. They placed the order together to get quantity discounts, a break on the shipping and crate charge, and to make customs/ shipping/pick up easier. After Mike was banned for another matter, Neil was suddenly banned-supposedly for posting Mike's animals. Off course they have the same animals, they ordered at the same time from the same guy in indo!

Why was Neil banned but ten other miami wholesalers that bought animals from the shipment not banned?)

Do yo know if they ordered the same animals as the ones who got banned? If they had different animals for sale then it might explain it. I can't really see them not having some of the same animals as the banned parties, but i thought i should ask.
 
like i said im not 100% sure why anyone got banned..the whole situation is funny..if 9 rare pythons come into the country and 4 different people buy into the lot
example
buyer a gets 3 pythons
buyer b gets 1 python
buyer c gets 2 pythons
and buyer d gets 3 pythons
and buyer a gets banned..why does byuer b and d also get banned..yes its the same type of animal but all bought seperately and all individually owned animals

Tim........I've dealt with Jeff on a issue several years back.......He is very Methodical...I would say the reason you also got denied was conclusive evidence you were or intending to resale Mike Cole's and or Neil Golli's snakes?
Are they still banned? What "another matter" was Mike banned for? I mean something smells fishy......Oh It's the Sardine can I threw in the garbage last night....Get my drift......Jeff has implemented several new policies that have
made it harder for Scam Artists, rip-offs, and otherwise useless air wasters,
to cheat,steal, and rob our hard earned money..... :dgrin:

Ballroom Pythons Banned

Michael Cole of Ballroom Pythons South( me ) was first suspended from Kingsnake for a month for posting negative comments on the KS forums about another dealer that was trying to sell his animals that were clearly not the same as mine using my name and the snakes I produced to help to promote and sell their Animals stating they were the same thing.
I posted both in my adds for Hypo( platinum) burmese and in the forums that my animals were not the same as The ones being offered elsewhere..( never mentioned any names) This along with my complaints to the site ( KS) moderators and abuse dept. that this dealer was intentionally mis leading potential customers and setting them up to be fooled into purchasing a piece of copper as gold.... got me suspended.
For this I was banned from posting on the site for one month while the other party has been allowed to continue to sell their animals.
Shortly after this suspension I offered up a wholesale list of animals as I always do when I get new shipments of animals to my regular customers. Tim Bought animals off of that list. Posted them on KS and was banned for it. KS states that he was circumveniting a ban. I also was moved from being suspended to being banned.As some of the animals were still on my web site when Tim posted them.
I know that does not look the greatest but if you check how often I update my web site Youll see thats not unusual..
I believe the rest has been covered. So the cats out of the bag..
It was all my fault...

P.S> Keith I resent the implicatiion highly that I am a rip off artist thief etc. Quite the contrary I think youll find that In the years I have been in business I have had nothing but an excellent reputation in this business and have thousands of happy and satisfied customers.
My issue was complaining publically on KS.about a rip off artist.

Ok.. let me see if I get this straight.

You publicly warned people about another individual/business on their forums in clear violation of their rules (a bannable offense). correct?

You indirectly referenced that person/business in one of your ads in a negative manner in clear violation of their rules (a bannable offense). correct?

You had animals on your website that you sold to someone else. That person then tried to turn around and sell the animals - animals that were still up on your website. correct? Were they also using your photos of the animals rather than their own? That could look like they were helping you to directly circumvent your ban and brokering animals for you (a bannable offense). OR maybe if they were using your photos and it was clear they were your photos without credited permission and not their photos (since because you still had them up on your site) that there was a copyright issue involved (a bannable offense)?

Was Tim in physical possesion of these animals when he listed them on KS? Or were they still with you awaiting shipment to him?

Yes,
I am not whining about my suspension. In fact I now understand that KS terms of service state clearly that this kind of warnings about bad business are not tolerated on their web site. My bad for doing it and also my bad for not re- reading the TOS of kingsnake as it updated over the last 10 years I have been using the site. In fact, I even wrote a letter to the KS Legal dept apologizing for letting my frustration about another vendor cloud my better judgement.
As for the animals I sold to Tim,
No, they were in his posession, Not hard to deliver them to him as I see Tim weekly as he is a regular customer of mine. He posted them with his pictures taken on his own camera.

Please understand I was not a victum of any wrong doing but my own for the suspension.
But since then I and Several of My regular customers and acquaintances have been banned for "Circumventing a ban"
This action on the part of KS was unwarranted , Incorrect and With the lack of response of any representative from KS after several mailed letters and E-mailed letters . I dont think they really care for the truth.
When I spoke with Jeff Barringer at Daytona bBeach ( alone and when he was not busy) I talked with him frankly about my situation,
He was aware of it. told me to lay low and re-apply for an account in 3 months. I did so until now. With the exception that I wrote another letter when another customer and friend of mine was banned for " circumventing a ban"( my Ban again) Also incorrectly.

looks like you have definately misunderstood something in these posts
perhaps you are refering to my part where i mention the rare pythons and 4 different people having them..i simply used that part as example only

just like michael i understand his original suspenion/ban..never truly understod mine..was never given any oprtunity to defend myself and could prove that questioned animals were bought and paid and in my possesion prior to posting on kingsnake..just as michael said some may have still been on his web site..i just checked mine and i have animals on there i sold in august and did not realize they were there still..screw ups can be made..we are all human...

my biggest issue was i did not intentionally circumvent the ban..i only did what i have been doing for several years..buying animals..therefore i accepted the orignal 3 month suspension..i kept everything quiet ..i took it in stride even though i felt i was in the right..the issue is now i still can not get my account back and neither can a few others now..

i can not prove my innocents without oportunity to show evidence..

Tim, I did not disrepspect you, so get the name right son, it is Evan, not "evens". I do not appreciate that crap. You did exactly what I suggested you did and I knew without saying it or without you saying it exactly who you were referring to because I heard about it from friends of mine. You posted animals for sale that were posted for sale by other people. And they were people who had been suspended/banned. You violated the kingsnake policy and you into trouble for it. Now for the way you posted this thread we'll see if you get back on there.

Also, there are 3 major dealers/exporters in Indonesia that ship the same animals (chondro, montiors, tokays, boelens, etc.) to many different people here in the USA. So when you say there are only so many of certain animals and they all came from the same person, that is just your ignorance and lack of knowlegde of this business. Perhaps if you asked the people you were buying from for more information you would learn these things instead of posting mis-information here. As for the African animals (which you swicthed Africa and Indonesia in the same sentence, they are different places you know) the guys you are talking about in Florida usually go through another friend of mine and those dealings are completely different than Indonesia.

Michael Cole is a good guy and I have never heard anyone say a bad word about him. In fact I have a few good friends who deal with him quite often and they are always happy with the dealings. I myself just dealt with him again at this past Tinley Park show and I find he is always easy to deal with and a good guy. Whatever his situation with kingsnake is/was I sure he will get it figured out.

(They have a big issue with people getting banned from their site having buddies sign up and sell the same animals for them. I would bet that is the issue here. BUT, like I said, it is irrelevant. They can refuse you service if they want to.)

i explained many times yes i got banned for something i did not feel i did wrong..i bought animals that were on a wholesale list..i accepted the original ban but i do not understand my permanant ban..i was told i could return in 3 months...no bashing or anything..i was honest and upfront..i didnt sell for my buddy as you call it..seems as though now you have taken this time to attac me again..

No, you yourself said that KS told you that you could "re-apply" in 3 months. They did not say that you were guaranteed that you could return in 3 months and get the account back - only that you could re-apply for an account. It would seem the person running the classifieds decided to not accept your application for whatever reason.
