    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

A couple months ago i sold some snakes to Andre (Kingvyper), he used to live here in San Diego, Ca and moved to South Carolina........ anyway i bought all my snakes from this guy he has the nicest kings and rosy boas he was a good friend until i sold him 2 high white kingsnakes i bought from another breeder for 150 & 100 each as hatchlings well this breeder (steve Little) is also good friends with Andre.. anyway Andre was interested in the snakes i had so i told him 200+ shipping for both he said he didnt have any money and was waiting on some of snakes he had sold so i sent them the snakes and told him he can send me the money when he got it.. well i never seen the money, i have e-mailed him several times and sent him messages on-line through (AIM) and go unanswered.. basically i just want him to speak up on here atleast, or i want the money or my snakes back, i e-mailed him tried to be nice told him if he didnt have money he can send me other snakes as a trade but nothing.. it kind of sucks i known this man for 3 years and thought he was a friend but i guess he decided to rip me off. any thoughts or comments on what i should do are welcome.. ANDRE I HOPE YOU READ THIS SINCE YOU WONT ANSWER MY E-MAILS !
 
Well, first of all, you should really put your full name on this post before it gets deleted.... and....

secondly.... because of THIS statement you used....

LEGALLY, you made an agreement that he could pay you, "when he got it"....

Morally, it's not right of him and should be MADE right.... but, legally, you don't have a leg to stand on.... he, obviously, doesn't have the money yet, and when he does.... MAYBE he'll give it to you....

I DO think it sucks that a "friend" would do this to you.... been there, done that!

John.... I see it now, but I can guarantee you that it wasn't there when I wrote my answer.... I checked.... obviously, he changed his signature after he saw my post.... I ALWAYS check those things first....

The guy did NOT have his full name in his post originally. I sent him a warning message and locked down this thread until he complied.
 
Neil is right i updated my info after he told me my message could be deleted due to a "no name" and after i got a warning from Webslave... anyway Neil just to clear a few things that should have been made clear in the original post, Andre said it would be a few days or a week before he got the money.. and you say "he, obviously, doesn't have the money yet" i find that really hard to believe, see all the snakes he has up for sale i even told him if he did not have money to send my snakes back or send me other snakes as a trade to make things even but have been ignored for 2 months and i always see him on line, and frequently posting ads on here, i just want him to make things right.

I stand corrected. I only said something because I hate seeing someone getting corrected, for someones failure to pay attention. On another note it appears that Kingvyper needs to at least talk with Julian and settle this. It sounds like he has been given plenty of opportunity. Julian I take it that you have notified him of this thread if not do it, so that he can defend or settle with you.
