• In the past two days I have gotten emails asking about being requested to provide credit card info in order to register and also to make a post in the classifieds forums. PLEASE NOTE: In no instance will this site ask you for this sort of information. The only time any request for payment is made is if you choose to opt-in for a higher membership level, and that is done SOLELY through PayPal. Anything else is coming from a source other than this site. My guess is that this is coming through Google Adsense, but when I can get someone to send me a screen shot of this sort of request, I will know more.

    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

I bought a adorable and robust gecko from Kivah, and it was simply a awesome experience. "Ozark" came to me bright eyed and eager to jump out of her box, just like a little puppy. Definitely consider Full Moon Geckos for your next crested gecko purchase. Kivah treats her animals with affection and I had great communication with her throughout the whole process of the purchase. Purchased our first Crested Gecko from Kivah as well. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, she was informative, very quick to answer any questions, and kept us updated through out the entire process.
 
Kivah has purchased two geckos from me in the past (one adult and one baby) and was a great customer. She was very responsive and sent payment promptly. She has taken great care of her geckos and has kept in touch! I wouldn't hesitate to sell to her again or to buy from her.

Communication was great, she was very easy to get a hold of, answered emails almost immediately. Seriously some of the quickest communication I've had during a purchase in the hobby. Kivah is friendly and knowledgeable and cares a great deal about her geckos. My gecko was packed and shipped flawlessly, and upon arrival was alert and healthy.

Its eating well, and growing, and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Kivah again!

Just received our two little geckos from Kivah. We got Sulu and one that i still have to name. They are doing great, they made the trip to us with no problems. Kivah is a great person to work with, she will answer any and all of your questions. We would defiantly do business with her again. Thanks a bunch Kivah :D

We bought a breeding pair of crested geckos from Kivah and they are fantastic! She answered every question we had and helped us with a lot. Her customer service is the best. She definately went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied and most importantly that the geckos were safe and cared for properly. She even delivered them to us at a show so we could save on shipping. We would highly reccomend her to anyone buying a crested gecko especially if you have many questions! We will most definately be buying from Kivah again (already have another little guy on hold!). :thumbsup:

i purchased a gecko from Kivah she was great
she answered all my questions even had the answer for when the egg was laid lol that was awesome :eek:. I have never purchased an animal online before, but she walked me through it and my sweet baby arrived on time and as jumpy as gecko can be. I will definitely purchase from her again it was the best experience. :yesnod:
