• In case most of you have not noticed, I made changes to the donation amounts as well as the durations for all of the paid membership levels. Things are winding down here, and this seems to be the most prudent way to deal with the "end of life" period of this site.

In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Everyone is welcome here. Being an active member of this community does not make you more mature or superior to members of other forums.

If you feel the need to tell members of another forum that they are "a whole bunch of morons, and you all need to grow the hell up, think about the [bleep] you say next time you post, and yes i am cursing to get this account deleted, fauna is way better that this [bleep]hole" you better leave that attitude in the other forum.

Please keep this in mind when you post here and when you post in other forums. We all have bad days, but hopefully some perspective can be gained from these bad days.

Remember why you are here and what you are posting about: something you are passionate about, something that gives you great pleasure, and something that you feel secure in sharing with members of a supportive community.

And remember that everyone has to start somewhere. There is no shame in being inexperienced.

.....................

i am not one to attack someone right off the bat, if someone says somthing to me that offends me i'll definatly reply back, somtimes i let it slide, im not an overly agressive person, i can take a punch and let it go, but somtimes some people just really get on my nerves, eventually i cant take it anymore and have to say somthing, there is no one on this forum like that and even if there where i would not start anything, this forum is too well mannerd so you and anyone else dont have to worry, but..i do take offense to the fact that you think it would be ME to ever start somthing here, which i wont EVER, but yeah..Steve am deeply sorry for that attitude on KS i was pissed im sure you have those kind of days, i DO NOT have any intentions on saying anything offensive to anyone here, thats the reason why i left KS to get AWAY from all the arguments, and i dont think i am superior because i know about this forum..you and christina know about it, so do millions of other people so it would blatently idiotic to think that, again i was pissed when i read that on KS steve and yes we all do have our bad days, and again i am VERY sorry and hope you will accept my apology

I have to agree with Steve. Having a "battle of the websites" is foolish. People can go where ever they want to on the web by a simple click of the mouse button. People will go where they feel they are getting the most value for their time spent. Not everyone will feel the same way about this, so just because someone may prefer one site over another is no reason to berate them.

Let everyone make their own choices, and simply be satisfied with your own decisions.

Just remember!, all arguing, backstabing and general head-ripping off, will be done in the "Monitor lizard" forum, especilly in the Komodo Dragon sub-forum!!! (there is one.........isn't there?)
