Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hi all my name is Robert Nichols and I breed chameleons most notably Nosy Falys. I have been at it for over three years now an have some real impressive offspring that I have produced. back a few months I was on face book an came across a women that posted pics of her "falys" and I asked the lineage of them an she told me iceman was the sire's dad and the female came from a pure captive hatched Faly, to which I said oh that explains why they look off when I said they looked off she went off an there was an argument about it, she then blocked me an tried to have me banned. I wasn't banned and my life went on not thinking about her again.. fast forward to this weekend i posted some pics of some chams and this guy Gary Hoag posted a pic of a "faly" he bought from a woman named Kristy Eley and that she had told him he was a Triton line I thought this was strange cause I recognized the name so I questioned him on it an he added his is a Kush/Triton then I knew for sure it was her ,her babies now grown more, saying my hard earned proven line instead of a Iceman/ch line it means a difference between 200 bucks for ch and 400-750 bucks for mine,as my falys are high white.
I asked Gary to get ahold of Kristy Eley an have her explain an she says she bought her from a faly breeder at an expo in Ohio but refused to give that breeders name my falys are not avail everywhere and especially an expo in Ohio? I tried to get her to call an explain how her falys went from captive hatch to my prised line after we had the argument, she was talking thru Gary Hoag not to me she refused to talk to me about it even with the threat of posting here..shes been caught in a lie. I even offered to forget the whole thing if she called me and admitted to me that she lied you know teach her a lesson, I gave her till midnight Cali time if not I would be posting a thread here today an she refused . so here I am. I have no other way of solving this and I want to let everyone know she is very shady an they should avoid her "faly's" as they are not Kush/Triton line..
I don't know how many others she has sold telling them they are my lines, but its a big difference between 200-250 for a ch line an 400-750 for a proven high quality Faly. im just looking to inform the community that this lady is shady an should be avoided..

This is good to know. I think usually you must post documented evidence of communication between both parties though. If most of it took place over the phone then that is not viable.
 
Do you by chance have screenshots or PMs?

The earlier discussions you had with her via Facebook, were any private messages or were they in a group that she banned you from? If they were private messages, or even if you have someone in the group that could screenshot that thread for you since you are banned, it would be best to get those and post them here.

No one likes to agree based on just heresay (which yes, is very difficult if all of this was done on the phone), so posting your side, complete with what was typed up, screenshots, etc. would be fantastic. :)

Then, after posting your proof for your side, send the other side a link to your thread so they can voice their side. It'll be up to them at that point to defend their side of the story, with any legit proof.

That being said, I really dislike people who make up lineage info just to make more money. It's not good for the hobby, for the genetics or for the trust we try to have in doing business with one another.

Well that's a bummer i didn't save the conversation with her why would I she blocked me and i didn't plan on having anymore contact with her, and as far as the conversation in the group i belong to a lot of groups and don't remember which it was and its been months ago. i had a friend of mine who has her on his face book contact her an tell her if she didn't get ahold of me to solve this prob I would go to fauna.. he got back to me a little while later and told me she said She wasn't going to call me an to "do what i had to do".. I have what Gary Hoag posted in "West Coast Chameleon Keepers" group.
this is where i found out she was passing her Captive hatched Falys as my Kush/Triton line. its a no drama group im a admin of so i took it to pm, Gary Hoag sent her a message to her asking about it. so all i have is relayed conversation
i am working on the stuff from this weekend, i don't have conversations from months go.. sorry slow reply im real busy today
