Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. This state of the art incubator is with out a doubt one of the best you could hope to use for reptiles. It is a huge incubator! Approximately 3'x3'x7' (WxDxH) with adjustable shelves and weighs approximately 500lbs!
